Obama Becomes the 44th American President: Anything For The Black Nations?

Obama this, Obama that. What does he even has in stock for the Africans that supported him in all except vote and finance. Hope he won't follow the same trend of his predecessors. Someone asked me if Yankee would become a free visa Country for Blacks?

Obama is a man of purpose. His campaign team was awesome, d volunteers and every1 dat contributed to make his election a success were driven with that unity of purpose. It's so wonderful. He's become a symbol of courage and hope for the ordinary man to dare to dream to do and become the impossible.

Congratulations President Barack Hussein Obama!

When African leaders and nation would never learn to do anything beneficial for themselves, they resort to relying on other countries!

Why should he do anything for Africa? He is the president of the USA not AU so let African leaders help themselves

I hope people realise that he is not yet the 44th President of the USA, just the president elect. Like people have been saying, there is still time to assassinate him between now and his swearing into office (especially with the last threat when he was not even elected then). So we are not out of the woods yet.

I don;t think it's a nice idea to always make America a refugee home, why not set up an island for refugees worldwide instead of harboring them in America,

That is why the message states like that, CHANGE

Along with lowering trade tariffs between African and America, I think he should increase the numbers of refugees they let in, and create an "economic refugees" option, where people from extremely poor nations (<$1,500) can apply for refugee status, along with people who come from war-torn nations. So many of our people would be able to grasp the opportunity available in America.

Obama is a rainbow candidate, that is why he won, he was (still is) the candidate for different races and colors, that was why he won,  now is the time for every human on earth to know that you can be whatever you want to be if you don't relent in being focus and with hard work,  this is going to be an example for young and determined people to come into politics not because of money or greed, but because they want to make history and set the records straight,   Africa, you can, believe in your might,

there are more to this election than helping Africa.

This is the second greatest history of black race.

The first being the abolishment of slave trade.

It is amazing the people who traded the black people as commodities are now under the leadership of a black man.

This is a message to the rest of the world

@ yicob,

i disagree with ur opinion that the african support was d deciding factor in Obama's victory. without d whites, hispanics, asian americans it wouldnt have been possible 4 Obama to make it to d white house.there's one thing am sure of, Obama will give to everyone(be they white, black or african) equal rights.i am sure he will be unbiased so blacks shouldnt expect too or less from him. people are watching to see if he'll be sentimental towards d black community and if he should show any signs of bias he'll be nailed.my uncle Obama's too wise to fall for such. Americans have shown d world that their political system is the model and that nat'l unity is more important than race or colour(i respect them for that). Obama is man of d people and he's shown us dat if u dare to dream(and act) u'll achieve anything even the most unimaginable. Obama is charism personified.
