Orlando Police has found out who was the killer. It was Kevin James Loibl from St. Petersburg, Florida.
He traveled across the state to target Grimmie, according to Police. He had been carrying two guns, two loaded magazines, and a hunting knife on his person during the shooting. It's unknown how the gunman managed to bring a gun into the venue or whether attendees were checked for weapons.

Destiny Rivera, Christina’s fan, claimed that she was the witness of this tragedy. She was waiting in line behind James Loibl at the concert. This guy was walking up to meet Christina. Singer’s arms were open, waiting to greet him with a hug. Then there was a sound of three pops, like balloons. After that, Rivera saw Christina's leg fall to the side on the ground like a dead weight.
Grimmie amassed millions of fans from performances she uploaded to her YouTube channel as a teenager. Then she appeared on The Voice's sixth season in 2014.
The Voice paid tribute to Grimmie on its official Twitter page: “There are no words. We lost a beautiful soul with an amazing voice.”
Fans, friends, and celebrities showed an outpouring of sorrow on social media. One of Christina's friends and mentors was singer Selena Gomez. She said: "My heart is absolutely broken. I miss you Christina."
Her fans say that she was an absolutely incredible musician and an even better friend. They mention in social media:"Christina was such a loving, caring, beautiful person with the biggest heart."
