It goes beyond entertainment man. People want to aspeciat you beyond your entertainment. How many of them can you say have influenced your life positively with their 'entertainment'. We are moving on a fast lane here and they're MISPLACING priorities

We've better things to do than to worship our stars. However, we should appreciate them instead of hating all the time cos they work really hard to entertain us the way they do.

from experience, most of the stars are rude, they are snobs and who would want to 'worship' such people when they too have forgotten that respect is reciprocal

Nigerians appreciate stars, but what I think it is lacking is that, they dont worship them like in advance countries. The way Wacko Jacko will be mob in US may not be the same replica here in Nigeria. I guess Nigerians have enough trouble to start worshiping stars.

it's a bit of bad bele in the sense that it's human nature to be competitive and when you see one "small boy" or "small girl" getting ahead of you of course you want to bring them down a bit now, it's mean but it's true.

Nigerians appreciate stars. It's not a good thing per se. Most stars don't have anything tangible to offer the world.

Civilization. That's what's killing us.
