These Cultures Still Exist?

Cultures like these still exist in Africa and around the world? Are they nice in contemporary world when there are complaints about ladies' exposure of their inner body parts in dressing?

At least, I think they are not good for Nigeria browsers.

Indecency pics removed. Next time, just post a link and caution people about it.

Am sorry moderator. The pics representing the cultures I talk about can be found in the link provided by beneli above. But beware they might be offensive.

English people, men especially buys the sun newspaper everyday mostly because of the(artificial) bosom flashing models on page three.

Katie price, aka jordan is a celebrity today in the west because she posed with her silicone filled bosom as a page three girl of the sun newspaper.

Different strokes for different folks. That would be completely unacceptable in western cultures, and other cultures that have adopted western ideologies. It seems to me though that the girls in the first picture probably live both worlds (their indigenous culture, and the culture that's also adopted western ideologies). My reason for saying this is because the scenery gives the impression of some kind of event (most likely cultural, which would explain their not dressing). Maybe when the [supposed cultural] event is done, they'll revert to fully covering their body.

Do you by any chance know, specifically, which cultures those are in those two pictures?

Also, I don't see how those cultures would pose a problem, or how they would not be nice, in contemporary world.
