Why were Joker scenes cut from the film "Suicide Squad"? Why is moviegoer so disappointed that he is going to sue? Find out surprising answers here!
Recently the new film “Suicide Squad” appeared on the screens worldwide. However, not everything is so good as it was supposed to be. Moviegoers are disappointed with the film because of the lack of the Joker scenes. A moviegoer even threatened to sue the makers, because original movie trailers were false advertising.
A Reddit user claimed that he and his brother lawyer are aimed to begin legal action against DC Comics and Warner Brothers this week.
The story of the moviegoer
He thinks that the movie trailers are like food menus – they give a preview of what you will get. He drove three hundred miles to London just in order to watch some specific scenes with Joker, which were shown in the TV ads. However, to his surprise, there were no such scenes on the screen in the cinema.
The moviegoer wasted a lot of money paying and traveling to watch certain scenes, which were not shown. Therefore he asked for his money back. However, cinema workers just laughed at him and kicked him out. So now he is going to take it to court.
The moviegoer continues: "I want my refund, the trauma of being embarrassed as I was being kicked out and people laughing at me for wanting my refund, and also the £160 of fuel money I used to drive to London from Scotland."

What The Joker says?
Jares Leto, who plays The Joker, recently told about his decision to cut the scenes with Joker from the movie’s final cut. He told that “ Suicide Squad” is a bit of an introduction to The Joker. It is more about supporting part than it could have been, had they use everything – but there is a method to filmmakers’ madness.
Jared also added later that there are a lot of Joker scenes that didn’t make it to the final film. He hopes that they will see the light of the day.
