Basically animal protein is not that good for us as one may pressume. That is why i have decided to become a vegetarian last summer. So i have eating a lot of eggs, milk and chees and mainly vegetagles and fruits but not meat. I really feel sorry for these poor animals who are forced to be breeded and then they are killed in a savage way just to fullfill human`s desire for meat. I think we should all let poor animals live their normal lives and we should eat fruits and bread and stuff like that. It is very cruel to eat animals lets be nice and think about others for a change

useful article especially for those who are involved in sports and applies chemicals steroids for increasing muscle mass. I try to consume daily protein in norm, observing a proper diet when taking sports, I eat protein foods later in the afternoon, and carbohydrates before that time.
