It is best to give preference to rye bread. And it is better to avoid excessive consumption of white bread, as it has long been known that it is a source of calories.

If your primary goal is to lose the accumulated weight, then there will be no harm in replacing the familiar to us bread by special dietary or altogether dry loaves. Caloric content of such products is usually much lower and nutrients, including fiber, on the contrary, are in excess.
