I love yoghurt! I want to know how to make mine or must it be made in a factory?
All yogurts begin in the same way — milk is heated and then cooled slightly. . . . .
Active cultures, which vary depending on the type of yogurt, are added to the mixture, which then ferments until it sets. . .
so I'm assuming would require large churning machine to make the yogurt in a large quantity, . . . .
and also the different flavours u might require eg, chocolate, banana cream, strawberry, and the likes,
