The first ingredient is the toast. It is always preferable to make it out of whole grain or multi grain loaf of bread. This way you get a healthier breakfast option. Just make it the way you like it.

The second basic ingredient is the avocado. You should make your own mesh out of it. Use about half of avocado for one person. Use your blender to mesh it or just grate it if you do not have the blender in your kitchen. It is all about seasoning. Add some salt, pepper and some lime or lemon juice to your avocado. No need to add any oil, as this fruit is extremely fatty and smooth.
