- Pour lime juice 15 ml, lemon juice 30 ml, orange juice 40 ml into a glass for Irish coffee.
- Carefully add boiling water to the top and gently stir with a cocktail spoon
- Decorate a drink with two quarters of the passion fruit and kumquat.
