How is fish more in protein than meat itself? Prove fish is higher than meat! And in meat, I am referring to beef and lamb not pigs.

Beef (top sirloin) has about 17.1 grams of protein per 3 ounce serving while fish (tilapia, catfish, salmon) has about 18.8 grams per 3 ounce serving.

I don't know. . .too lazy to look lol. But fish is a better source for protein as red meat can be high in bad fats. But at the same time, red meat is a good source of iron, so if you stop eating red meat, look for an alternate source.
