Cookies are simply the best dessert ever created. You can serve them as deserts or as a breakfast. They are easy and fast to cook. What can be better than cookies?

1.    Lemon Snickerdoodle Funfetti Cookies

Lemon Snickerdoodle Funfetti Cookies

Ingredients:

•    1 + 1/2 cup sugar (white)

•    Half of a cup of vegetable shortening (room temp)

•    Half of a cup of butter (room temp)

•    a mixture of one teaspoon of cinnamon, three tablespoons of sugar and three tablespoons of sprinkles).

Dry ingredients:

•    Two teaspoons cream of tartar

•    1/4 teaspoon salt

•    One teaspoon baking powder

•    2 + 3/4 cup flour (whole wheat white flour)

Wet ingredients:

•    Two tablespoons lemon juice

•    One tablespoon vanilla

•    2 eggs

How to cook:

1.    Mix sugar, shortening, and butter.

2.    Add wet ingredients to the mixture and mix properly.

3.    Whisk dry ingredients together in another bowl.

4.    Slowly combine all ingredients together.

5.    Form balls from the dough.

6.    Roll balls into the mixture of sprinkle, sugar, and cinnamon.

7.    Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

This recipe is every easy. As you can see, you basically combine everything together and bake. These buttery, light cookies would be the perfect dessert for those who like lemon and cinnamon.

2.    Double Chocolate Chunk Almond Butter Cookies

 Double Chocolate Chunk Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

•    1 Egg

•    1 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chunks

•    ¼ Cup of Cocoa Powder

•    ½ teaspoon of Baking Powder

•    ½ teaspoon of Baking Soda

•    ½ Cup of Brown Sugar

•    1 Cup of Almond Butter

How to cook:

1.    Mix almond butter, brown sugar and eggs together with a beater.

2.    Add baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder to the mixture.

3.    Stir chocolate chunks to the dough.

4.    Put dough in the refrigerator for one hour.

5.    Form balls from the dough. You will get about 20 cookies.

6.    Preheat the oven to 350º F

7.    Bake for 10 minutes and your cookies is ready.

You can store these cookies for no more than one week. The whole cooking process will take about 25 minutes. It is better to eat them when cookies are cool. Besides, these cookies are really good fro health because of the peanut butter and dark chocolate.

3.    Monster Oatmeal Cookies

Monster

Ingredients:

•    1 cup of flour

•    One teaspoon baking powder

•    ½ cup granulated sugar

•    1 cup brown sugar

•    Two large eggs

•    1-1/2 cups peanut butter

•    ½ cup of softened unsalted butter

•    One teaspoon vanilla

•    One teaspoon baking soda

•    ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

•    ½ cup peanut butter baking chips

•    1 cup chocolate covered candies

•    1-1/2 cups mini pretzels

•    2-1/2 cups old-fashioned oats

How to cook:

1.    Mix sugar, brown sugar, and butter with the beater. When it becomes smooth, add vanilla and eggs. Beat everything together.

2.    Combine oats, flour, baking powder, and baking soda in another bowl. Add to the wet ingredients an combine. Add the pretzels and beat on the low speed.

3.    Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and candies.

4.    Preheat the oven to  350°F.

5.    Form balls, the size of which is about ¼-cup and flatten slightly.

6.    Press a whole mini pretzel into the top of each cookie

7.    Put cookies in the oven for 20 minutes and let them cool.

4.    Candy Bar Cookies

Ingredients:

•    ½ cup powdered sugar

•    Three tablespoons flour

•    One teaspoon pure vanilla extract

•    ½ cup vegetable oil

•    Two large eggs

•    One box vanilla cake mix

•    Chocolate candy bars, such as Snickers (Chop them into small pieces)

How to cook:

1.    Mix vanilla, oil, eggs, sugar and candy bars mix with a beater.

2.    Combine one teaspoon of dough with candy bar mix. Cover this ball with another teaspoon of dough and form the ball.

3.    Spread the powdered sugar on a small plate.

4.    Roll the balls in the powdered sugar.

5.    Preheat the oven to  350°F.

6.    Bake cookies for 11-13 minutes and wait till they cool.

These are simple, soft and chewy cookies filled with chocolate candy bar pieces will be the perfect choice for those who love sweets.

5.    Butter Pecan Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Butter Pecan Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Ingredients:

•    2 cups of roasted and unsalted  Fisher Pecan Halves (You can chop them if you want).

•    pinch salt

•    One teaspoon baking soda

•    Two teaspoons corn starch

•    One tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

•    2 cups of flour

•    Two tablespoons cream or half-and-half

•    One tablespoon vanilla extract

•    One large egg

•    1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

•    1/4 cup granulated sugar

•    3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

How to cook:

1.    Mix the vanilla, egg, sugars and butter with the mixer on medium-high speed to get the creamy texture.

2.    Add flour, cream, salt, baking soda and corn starch and beat on low speed for two minutes.

3.    Add the pecans and continue to beat for 30 seconds.

4.    Roll the dough into balls and flatten slightly.

5.    Bake for 10 minutes. Don’t over bake it; the cookies must be a little glossy and pale in the center.

6.    Let cookies cool.

You can store them for about one week a room temperature and in the refrigerator for six months. The cookies are super soft, buttery, full of rich pumpkin flavor, and there are plenty of pecans in every bite.

6. Softbatch Funfetti Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

•    1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

•    3/4 cup sprinkles

•    pinch salt, if you want

•    3/4 teaspoon baking soda

•    2 teaspoons corn starch

•    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

•    1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract

•    1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

•    1 large egg

•    3/4 cup granulated sugar

How to cook:

1.    Mix the egg, sugar, butter with a mixer on medium-high speed for 7 minutes. You should get a creamy texture.

2.    Add salt, baking soda, cornstarch and flour and mix for one minute

3.    Add the sprinkles and continue to beat for one minute

4.    Take two teaspoons of dough and form balls. Put them in the refrigerator for two hours.

5.    Preheat oven to 350F

6.    Bake cookies for 8 minutes. o not bake longer than 9 minutes for soft cookies because they firm up as they cool.

7.    Allow cookies to cool.

This is a super fast recipe. The cooking time is only 8 minutes!  The cookies are soft and chewy. 

7.    Grain Free Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

•    1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

•    One large egg

•    ⅔ cup coconut sugar

•    1 cup of creamy peanut butter

1.    Mix all ingredients to get the consistency of the cookie dough

2.    Roll 12 balls. Use a fork to create classic peanut butter cookie criss-cross marks on your cookie.

8.    Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

•    ¾ cup chocolate chips

•    ¼ teaspoon salt

•    ½ teaspoon baking soda

•    1½ cups  flour

•    1 egg

•    One teaspoon vanilla

•    ¼ cup packed light brown sugar

•    ½ cup white sugar

•    Eight tablespoons of salted butter

How to cook:

1.    Microwave the butter for about 40 seconds.

2.    Mix the sugar and butter with the beater.

3.    Add vanilla and egg and beat for 15 seconds.

4.    Add salt, baking soda and flour.

5.    Use your hand to form the ball of dough from the mixture and add chocolate chips.

6.    Roll the balls. You will have about 12 large balls.

7.    Bake for 10 minutes and let them cool. Don’t overbake the cookies!
