- 16oz of sour cream
- 20oz of frozen chopped spinach
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 can of sliced water chestnuts
- 1 pkg of Knorr's Veg. soup mix
- 2 loafs round pumpernickel or you can use sourdough
- 8oz of Mayonnaise
Defrost your spinach in colander using running water. It must be cold. Drain it. Combine the needed ingredients. Leave the dish in refrigerator per night. Hollow out one bread loaf and fill before serving.
