Why do my soup get sour even after warming it.
Just make sure it is evenly warmed and do not cover completely immediately after warming,open it slightly after warming before you eventually cover it up, Above all don't always be in a haste while warming,give it time,like 10 to 15 mins will do.
Dat is probably egusi, some peeps say its becos of tomatoes but I cant stand egusi without tomatoes.
Or maybe someone is stealing meat with his hands
or ur kitchen is too hot
Always warm egusi last thing at night, or whenever you take from it, even if its still warm.
it's not just by warming the stew, you have to stir it properly to make sure the heat is evenly distributed.
Storage problem. Many soup with coco yam egusi bitter leaves etc must cooled and stored properly or it will sour. At times the soup could just be too old.
Why not refrigerate it?
incorrect method of storage,bad cooking, etc.
