Naah,

This guy is a Nigerian pretending not to be. if he was anything else, his superior attitude would have led him to post it-He certainly isnt shy.

2ndly, His language construct is like nothing I've ever heard or read and I've heard a few. He makes mistakes common to Phillipine & Russian english speakers and I dont mind saying thats a pretty weird combo.

I wish the Moderator would look at his/her system ID. Wont be surprised if its one of our own homegrown Agent Provocateurs. God knows we got some real champions on NL.

Imagine an Eskimo calling african foods smelly. You will not believe that these guys eat fermented fish as a staple.

An article in "Awake" described the dish as having a smell as pungent as excrement. Compare with this description in wikipedia.

I know where you are coming from when you say "food very smelly" When my sister-in-law cooked at my home I said the same thing to myself. However, the food is "smelly" because we are not accustomed to their seasoning. I said the same thing about Indian food too. However, the food is very tasty and i no longer let the scent bother me.

Peace

Now I know it wasn't Nigerian food he's talking about. Which food cooked with blood and "hard" meat do we have, at least to serve to a guest as an everyday meal . Puhleese, find the true nationality of the woman's house you ate at. Besides, Nigerians are notorious for overcooking their meat. Soft white things and blood ko, hard hard HARD meats ni.

maybe when you were tasting the meat you didn't shower or didn't clean up your Bottom at all or wipe it well after shitting. it might be the reason. so wipe well and do not leave left over poo in your Bottom. it might stop the smell you are percieving.

@bacterium. Maybe you were given somalia or uganda food to taste. Because as far as am concerned, Nigerian food doesn't smell as awful as that.

@Poster. Give us an example of any African food you've come across

He was initially just asking a simple, howbeit rude question. But it's clear he has no respect for African peoples and their culture. It's a pity in this day and age.

And PS, I've eaten or at least smelled a lot of Nigerian foods, but not one smells funny. Even iru, which is not a "food", doesn't smell that bad, so I don't understand the essence of this post. People really need to learn some manners.

Thanks Yous.

@poster

on this note ill advice you to rephrase the question in your native language as it is obvious you are an intellectual pygmy when it comes to english writing and simple elementary comprehension

Shut the hell up you ignorant haired ape. IF English is not your first language go to a website for your people. Don't come to a Nigerian site and think that trying to disrespect our food will go unchallenged. English is not our first language, true but we have mastered it enough to use it to insult asses like you. I can also do it in Igbo and Spanish.
