Why Are Forum Topics Always in Questions?

If you have noticed, Respondents in a forum are meant to Reply, that's why most times forum topics are usually, not always questions.

I think more people will reply or respond to an enquiry rather than a statement.

A question shows you're trying to find out something and those who know want to gladly teach. However declarative statements are conclusive by themselves and leave little or no avenue for further answers, only arguments from those that believe otherwise.

Cos you are trying to find people's views on an issue and the only way to do that is to ask them as questions
