Previously only knew about a few plants for weight loss, for example dandelion. nettle,ginseng and green tea of course. About green tea I heard was the most. It is well reduces appetite, want to eat a lot less. All these herbs are very beneficial for health. Therefore, we can say that both herbs have a pleasant effect, weight reduction and saturation of the organism with useful properties. Cinnamon by the way, very pleasant to the taste, and also effectively reduces appetite. About green coffee also heard. but have not tried it.
