You are what you eat. Unhealthy junk food can clog your blood vessels and damage your heart. Weak heart equals failed erection. Clogged vessels block the blood inflow to your penis, and the consequences can kill your love life. So, get more fruit and veggies into your diet. Eat more sea fish and lean meat to stay healthy.

-    Workout

Surely, erection is not attained by muscles. However, if you exercise regularly, you increase the block circulation and keep your heart and vessels healthy.  You already know what that means. And you shed extra pounds. The more fat you have, the more blood is needed to service it, and the less your penis gets.

-    No heavy drinking

Alcohol or cigarettes damage your blood vessels and reduce the amount of sex hormone produced in a male body. So, quit smoking and pick your drinks wisely. Some red wine is good for your erection, but heavy drinking kills it.
