Everyone wants to have young and healthy skin. And today it is not only women’s concern: for men, especially those, who work on public or in the most prestigious firms and offices, nice appearance is very welcomed.
However, if when we were young our skin was healthy and fresh by itself, already after 30 of its cells begin to update much slower. Especially it is noticeable today - our cells under conditions of modern cities have almost nothing ‘to eat’. Foods that we eat on a regular basis, are unlikely to give us healthy skin, but the modern consumer has become accustomed to an abundance of ‘ready’ products in the stores, and the majority of housewives rejoice: now feeding a family is easy, you can quickly and without any problems to go to the nearest supermarket after work, and a delicious dinner is on your table.
If the refined products, with all their advantages - speed of preparation, taste and relatively low price make the skin healthy, there would be no problems, but it just does not happen: after a few years of such meals, our skin looks dull, faded and aged. We can say that we have quite good creams, tonics, etc., if vitamins and minerals are only applied from above, they will not help to return your skin's health: from the inside, it will continue to receive a solid chemistry and synthetics, and even saturated fats and simple carbohydrates - fresh and organic foods power cannot be replaced by anything.
Nutrition for Healthy Skin
In fact, there are so many products for healthy skin that any woman can (if she wants it) stay young and fresh with their help, and also to maintain the health of her family - it is also very important for us.
These products are simple and inexpensive, long-familiar - such as buckwheat or carrots; papaya and kiwi; favorite vegetarians’ food - wheat germ, and other biologically active herbs.
Not everyone likes buckwheat porridge - pasta with sausages seems to taste better, but the buckwheat contains a lot of substances that can ‘stop’ our biological age. This is rutin - active flavonoid that helps to maintain the elasticity of the collagen and prevents the appearance of early wrinkles, as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids - the same ones that are in the olive oil. So, the best breakfast, if you want to maintain skin health and full of energy, will be buckwheat with carrots and olive oil - of course, the oil must be added in raw form. Flaxseed oil is no less useful - it is also rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, so when you regularly use it, your skin becomes well moisturized and soft.

It is called so because it is useful for any skin type and can turn a dull and lifeless skin beautiful and glowing in a few minutes. This recipe is ‘a must’ for all the girls, since it is often necessary to bring the person in order to unexpected event: a date, party, going out.
You need walnuts for this mask. You will need 4 peeled nut (you need to chop and grind them finely), a tablespoon of ground coffee. To make a mixture of coffee and nuts you will need to add a teaspoon of ordinary olive oil or jojoba oil and also the same amount of brandy. Alcohol is necessary for a more rapid assimilation of nutrients. If this amount of ingredients seems too little - it is possible to increase the number of components, proportioning.
The resulting coffee-nut mixture should be applied to the face (avoiding the areas around the eyes), on the neck and décolleté area. For some reason, these parts of the body are always forgotten when applying the mask, but they need to be cared no less than the facial skin.
