1.    Aloe Vera

How to use: Take the leaves of Aloe Vera and scrape out as much jelly as possible. You need about three to four tablespoons of it. Mix it with three tablespoons of yogurt and one and a half tablespoon of coconut oil. Apply the recipe to your hair, wait for half an hour and wash with shampoo when done.

2.    Avocado and banana hair mask

If you mix banana and avocado, you will get a perfect treatment for the damaged hair. Avocado nourishes and moisturizes the hair, while banana makes it more elastic and prevents split ends.

How to use: Simply mash one avocado and one banana. Apply the mask on the scalp and hair thoroughly. Wait for half an hour to one hour and wash with warm water.

3.    Hot oil

Oils are the best remedy for the hair, which will help to get rid of many problems, such as rough, crisp hair. Moreover, natural oils also prevent further damage to the hair and strengthen it. If you have dry hair, it is better to choose castor oil, coconut oil, almond oil and olive oil. You can blend few oils together or use individually.

Also, it is better to add some ingredient to enhance the effect. They include few drops of lemon, rosemary, sage, lavender or yarrow essential oil.

How to use: Heat four tablespoons of oil over a low heat in a saucepan to make it lukewarm. You can use any oil which was mentioned before. Then massage your hair from the roots to the tips and cover your head with a towel. It will help to open the pores and absorb oil. Wait as much as you can, or even overnight and wash with shampoo.

4.    Coconut milk

This treatment is the best method for hair softening.

How to use: Mix one can of coconut milk, the juice of one lime, two tablespoons of honey, four tablespoons of plain organic yogurt and two tablespoons of any oil mentioned in the previous point. Then add a half of the teaspoon of the cornstarch until the mixture thickens. Wash your hair and apply the treatment. Wait for half an hour and then use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner to wash your hair again.

5.    Honey

How to use: The first recipe is very simple. You just should add some honey to your shampoo and wash hair as you usually do it.

The second recipe is following: Wash hair and apply a half cup of honey to your hair. Cover with the shower cap and wash with water.

6.    Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is the natural hair conditioner and cleanser. It helps to moisten the hair as well as to remove residues of synthetic products. Also, this product prevents dandruff and dryness by maintaining the pH balance of the scalp.

How to use: Mix a half cup of apple cider vinegar with one cup of water. Damp your hair with the mixture and leave it for ten minutes and wash with lukewarm water.

7.    Egg

Eggs contain plenty of protein and lecithin which moisturizes and strengthens the hair. Also, eggs add shine to the hair as well as soften it. 

How to use: Combine three eggs with two tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil and one tablespoon of honey. Apply the treatment to your scalp and hair. Cover your hair with shower cap and leave it for half an hour. Finally, wash with shampoo.

8.    Essential oils

The primary benefit of the essential oils is that they have the ability to stimulate sebaceous glands, which produce sebum. It is responsible for the luster and moisturizes hair. For the best results use lemon, lavender, geranium, carrot, sage, rosemary, chamomile, birch, yarrow, sage and rosewood essential oils.

How to use: Mix four drops of any of the essential oils mentioned above with six tablespoons of another oil (choose from the point 3). Warm the mixture and apply it to your hair by massaging it in circular motions with fingertips for then minutes. Then cover hair with the towel and leave overnight.

9.    Healthy food

A healthy diet is even more important for the beautiful hair than any treatment described before because healthy food nourishes the hair inside. Eat food which is rich in omega 3 and omega six fatty as well as vitamins A, C, and E, zinc and biotin. Such products as lentils, spinach, walnuts, eggs, fish, blueberries contain a lot of these necessary elements.
