I would drink only one, the cheapest from the list. Pitty, but like the bigger part of people - l simply can't buy lt. If l were rich, l wouldnt spend money on staff like that. In the world are too many trully important things, which money is needed on. To my mind - its such a simple method showing that If you own bigger sum of money than others so you can afford totally everything to yourself. Although, I wouldnt resist a kind of temptation to drink it once in order remembering the taste. We want mostly such things we cant reach.

there are good examples of the strength of a people. who managed to lose a lot of pounds... Full of people can not offend, that they are fat, to help, the same friends, because with such a support person will be much easier to get rid of complexes and of excess pounds. The main thing you need to watch your diet. to remove all oily, acidic, salty, spicy food and candy, cakes, too, be deleted. eat more fruits and vegetables, because the body will only benefit from vitamins. and of course exercise.

They are just not ready to make their own schedule and to make some limits. They may afraid to change their life in different, although in more useful and healthy way. Each person has his powerful means. For example it is very forcefully to lose weight with your friend. It is an excellent support. I loosed weight with my sister. We called on the phone every day, discussed our difficulties and planned meals for the next day, agreed about fasting days. And of course we had systems of punishment if you had disruption of diet. It was necessary to write twenty times on a piece of paper "I'm fat I want to lose weight" than you had to take photo and sent to your friend. We reached great results.

i think one of effective ideas is to tire the brain also in complex process , or some mentality game like chess or reading new articles ,books , entertainment encyclopedias . Such ruck of mind needs high amount of power . that's to be adding to running or swimming basic sport or an activity . in totally active mind is necessary to have an active body .  and about regime of nutrition it should be very limited specially for overweight

bodies , some scientists proved that human can live on just natural juices and milk for few days surviving any troubles of feeling weakness . it needs to believe in first to break that psychological wall against your abilities and potentials . be informed that the most heavy lady in the world could follow tight regime to reach just 90 kilograms . have a hope so .

As I have problems with excess weight and I always fight with it I can say that to lose weight it is very important to have a very strong incentive, internal motivation. You should reach an agreement with yourself, realize that this is your new lifestyle, and you have to love it, and love yourself. Belief in yourself is your result.

Your incentive should not be associated with excess weight. For example, you can make a list of what you can do when you will lose weight for example to wear short dress, photo session in bikini, or maybe you can solve your problems with the health etc. And when you will feel the failure you can re-read this list and get a hope and motivation.

I can agree that believing in yourself is very important. And also one should have a support in that kind of deed. It took me 5 years to loose all weight in order to be thin but know when i look back at it i know that i would never cope with that if would not have my supportive husband. He was there for me the whole time. Every time when i was losing another pound he supported me and he was there. I was exercising and keeping a diet. And at first it was difficult but at the end it was worth it!!!!
