To my mind, the best way to get all the necessary vitamins for the pregnant woman is to listen to your organism. It would make you some tips what it really needs. And if you really want something, even if it is not very healthy food - you may eat a piece of it, because our body tells us what we should eat, just try to listen to your inner voice. But even when you want something desperately, you shouldnt overeat or eat more, than you want in any case, espesially when you are pregnant to avoid some problems with your stomach.
