A lot of people are constantly tired as the modern lifestyle doesn’t give us enough time to relax. That’s why a lot of people ask “where does life energy come from?”
If you feel like you are not having rest at all and you are just falling asleep even after you have slept enough, there is a solution to your problem.
#1. Change your eating routine
When you get up early in the morning, brush your teeth and take a bus to your work, it saves a lot of your time. However, it doesn’t do any good for your health.
It’s a common problem of modern people – they don’t eat breakfast. Some just prefer to sleep longer, some are just too lazy to cook and others aren’t hungry.
But it’s very important to eat in the morning even if you don’t want to. It’s the most important meal because it provides you with energy for the whole day. It makes you awake.
Moreover, it gets the metabolism started! You can just eat cereal which is common breakfast meal – it’s easy to cook and it takes only 5 minutes of your precious time!
Some studies have shown that people who eat breakfast tend to be less stressful and have a better mood. What is more, it’s absolutely wrong to think that if you don’t eat in the morning you will become skinnier.
If your goal is to lose weight, you’d better stop eating in the evenings then. It might be hard to change your regime but you’ll get used to it quite soon. Another good idea is to eat small portions every 4 hours.
It’s good for your health as well as it helps you get rid of those extra kilograms.
Where does life force energy come from?
There can be different answers to this question. However, it is a well-known fact that food is the main source of energy. That’s why you should choose your diet wisely so that it doesn’t harm you.
Try to combine carbs, protein and natural fats to have a healthy meal. You won’t feel hungry for a few hours as you will feel completely full.

Your portions can’t be too big – even if you’re hungry, try to eat less but increase the frequency of your lunch breaks. There are plenty of healthy snacks that can keep you from grabbing some chips or cupcakes.
For example, yogurts, nuts or any kinds if fruits. Another good idea is to quit your bad habit – drinking several cups of coffee a day. Caffeine does give you energy, but it disrupts the routine of your sleep.
Tea also contains caffeine – sometimes even more than coffee. That’s why try to consume 1 cup a day and it will most likely stop your insomnia and make you healthier.
Don’t forget to drink a lot of water! Your body really needs to be hydrated. There have been a lot of studies done and all of them state the same – you need to drink water if you want to be healthy.
If you still ask yourself how to be energized, try drinking at least 2 litres a day! However, different researchers have different opinions about the amount of water you have to consume.
Some say that it’s okay if you drink only of you are thirsty while other argue that it’s absolutely necessary for a woman to drink 2 litres and a man has to consume 3 litres a day.
Check the color of your urine when you go to the toilet – if it’s too yellow it means you need to drink more! Moreover, if you are drinking alcohol, you need to consume even more water.
The reason for that is that you will get dehydrated. The lack of water might make you feel less energized and you will stay sleepy all day long.
#2. Sleeping will make you vigorous
You need to sleep a lot. If you are having problems with sleeping or even insomnia it’s necessary to talk to your doctor.
But before that there are some things you can do in order to improve the quality of your sleep. First of all, every person needs to sleep at least 8-9 hours a day.
However, not many people actually do it. It happens because when we lay down we want to check our Facebook first and then start texting with someone for another hour or two.
And after that we’re having trouble falling asleep! There is an explanation for that – the blue light that our phones produce makes us awake!
That’s why don’t use your phone at least one hour before your bedtime and don’t watch TV late at night. It’s also important to sleep in the darkness – it relaxes your eyes.
Turn off all your electronic devices and you will see that the quality of your sleep has improved a lot!
It’s also not the best idea to keep staring at the alarm clock. It won’t do you any good – you will just feel a lot more stressed out.
You might start worrying about time and different thoughts will come through your mind. You definitely don’t want all of this happening to you. It’s quite difficult not to look at time when it’s close to your bed.
That’s why the best solution would be to turn it away from you as you lay down. Just admit that you don’t actually need to know the time at night.
Another good option would be to place the clock far from your bad so that you have to actually stand up and walk to turn it off. That would be a great motivation! And you will be awake the next moment!
To sum up, in case you none of those advices help you, maybe it’s something more serious than just a lack of energy. If so, try to go to the hospital to check if everything is alright with you.
