I watched news about Zika virus two days ago. It is about 4000 newborn children infected by this virus. Doctors try to calm pregnant Ukrainian women because here we don`t have those insects who spread this terrible virus. First cases of infection were discovered in neighbouring countries recently. What a divine retribution to those little newborns! And what a heavy burden for those unhappy mothers! Let God give them pation and make their suffering easier. I pray for all infected people in the world.

This is a very dangerous virus. According to news channels constantly talk about new countries and cities where fixed Zika virus. The worst thing is that it a sexually transmitted ... Mankind is subjected to constant attacks of diseases and viruses such a rate that the doctors do not have time to develop a vaccine. If you find a cure for the virus Zika, it will be the salvation for many people, especially for pregnant women. Children should be born healthy, otherwise they will leave no heirs ... I hope that the virus does not spread throughout the world

To diagnose this infectious pathology is difficult; the disease is most characterized by a latent period. Relatively recently the virus is not perceived as a serious threat, since the characteristic clinical sintomatico developed only in 20% of cases. Most patients do not want a room in the hospital. Symptomatic treatment aimed at relief of symptoms, is carried out on an outpatient basis.

To date, no specific tests for rapid detection of zika virus has not been developed.

100% confirmation of the presence in the body of zika virus in the body of the patient warrants only complex and expensive molecular test. Identification of the pathogen is possible if transport to the laboratory blood test in the first week after the mosquito bite, or unprotected sexual contact with a possible carrier. Symptoms may still not develop, so the carrier of infection often do not come to the attention of medical personnel during the incubation period. To carry out the complex analysis of all the people who theoretically can be infected, just not possible.
