1.The Carlton Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa
The construction has begun in 1967 and was done by Americans. The building has 50 floors. Almost half of the construction is hidden underground. It locates shops and offices. The shops are 180+ in number.
The height if this African Skyscraper is 223 meters. For many years this building remains the tallest in Africa.

2.Hassan II Mosque, Casablanca, Morocco
This ancient looking minaret successfully competes with the modern designs of the architects. It is 210 meters high, but despite the looks it’s not old. The construction was finished back in 1993.
3.Ponte City Apartments, Johannesburg, South Africa
The height of this construction is 173 meters. It was erected in 1975 and has 54 floors.
4.Bahia Center Towers 1,2,3 &4,Oran, Algeria
These twin towers, or rather tower quadruplets are 161 meters high. Each has 31 floors in it. They locate shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, etc.
5.PSPF towers, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
The height of the twin towers is 152 meters and they have 35 floors each. The construction was ended in 2014.
