The Five Basic Principle of Islam (Pillars of Islam)

To be a muslim, we first declare (only once) that there is no Gob But One God. Thereafter the remaining four principles basically make you a complete Muslim.

1. Pray five times a day (right before sun rise, midday, evening, sun-set & before going to bed)

2. Give Charity

3. Fast during the month of Ramadan (29-30 days) every lunar (360 days) year

For those who are healthy and financially capable of travelling to Mecca, Hajj (pilgrimage) is mandantory (once in a life time).
