Anambra Boys: Generally Stubborn And Difficult?

Are Anambra Boys Naturally Stubborn And Difficult?

People have constantly judged me by that fact. The generalized of this analysis has caught up with me.  Is it true?

Well, I don't know about "stubborn", but Anambra guys are quite proud (in a positive way), they have a healthy ego, and they go to great lengths to please their wives - even at their own expense - as long as their wives give them their due respect as the head. However, they are uncompromising on certain things (infidelity, disrespect, etc.). In addition, they have no time for gratuitous ekale ma or ekuse sir when they do not deem such pretentious, 'eye-service' reverence necessary. If you call that "stubborn", na you sabi.

I am a man and must behave like one.

I have brought low my self to argue and exchange words with a female -ller. All in bid of correcting her.

Now i must retire and maintain my maturity.

Enough is enough.

@ mikebuddy

The state is mine too. infact i had my reasons for making this thread.

Lots of guys who have made posts here are anambrans.

There is no need taking it so personal. I dont think anyone has insult us in anyway

It doesnt make sense shouting at Lioness. She's only here because her boyfriend is from anambra.

You can ignore the thread if it doesnt suit u.

Those face are not just for fancy.Am realy angry at yall insulting one whole state.

Lioness am not playing this time and not even trying to be funny.Thats My state for goodness sake.

The fact is that you are not yet prepared for marriage. When you are, no embargo can control the choice of your spouse. Such embargos happen everywhere, it isn't peculiar to Anambarians.

0
Avatar
Newbie

well not completely fasle, i need to be sincere. My mum placed that embargo on me sometime back and i declined.

She's still on it by the way. but personally am not attracted to girls from my place. so i have to go out but she still insists

Honey I'm stubborn yes, but I don't go looking for fights. I'm sorry dear hope I did not give you the wrong impression of me.

0
Avatar

Please my brother it's not a trait, I'm just an out going person, I just can't be pushed around like some rag dull.I wish most Igbo are stubbone them maybe we don't get disrespected from the rest of Nigeria I don't want to mention any tribes.

0
Avatar

My dad's younger sis has 2 daughters n no male after like 17 years of marriage and he doesn't bother at all. He even totally ruled out adoption. And there are many instances similar to that.

Actions taken in this case are not subject to the stae of origin of the person involved.

0
Avatar

I'll say its true that a male child is important to them

But

1) Its not true they got tendencies of having kids outside marriage. That probability applies to all tribes.

2) Its not true that they'll sleep with whoever to have a male child. Such pressures normally come from parents and it applies to all tribe

0
Avatar
Newbie

i dont think anambra guys are the most important guys.................sorry.

I hear they treat their wives well and i hear they 've got tendencies of having kids outside marriage.

And i hear male child is so important to them, they'd sleep with whoever to have one.

TRUE OR TRUER

*maybe i hear too much*

Eddy Tell, you said it all.Am from Anambra, the boyz believe that when they do what others (esp. their wife)tell em, pple will say that the womam is ruling him. Most of them stay with friends(boys) more than their wifes, so that those friends won't laugh at him/them.

They would make sure their wives don't lack but helping her in domestic works, they will feel that friends will laugh at them.

0

well, i have been told by alot that am difficult but i dont know about being stubborn.

i only like to do stuff the way i know how it is right *no matter what*. And i really dont like people telling me what to do.

Is that being stubborn

0
Avatar
Newbie

Eddy, why don't you judge yourself. Do you think you are stubborn and difficult?

0
Avatar
Newbie

Anambara boys? Dunno if they r difficult, maybe the traders are when u haggle with em. That's for the trader-boys not all anambara boys.
