Corruption is a highly and usually negatively affects economic and social development of any country. Corruption seriously distorts the motives of government decisions. Corrupt politicians and officials more inclined to allocate public resources in such areas where strict control is impossible and where there is more opportunity to extort bribes. They are more inclined to Fund the production of, for example, combat aircraft and other major investment projects, than the publication of school textbooks and salary increases for teachers. A famous anecdotal example, when in 1975 in Nigeria generously bribed the government has done abroad on the orders of such a giant amount of cement, which exceeded the production in all the countries of Western Europe and the USSR combined. Comparative cross-country studies confirm that corruption strongly distorts the structure of public expenditure: corrupt governments allocate funds for education and health is much less than non-corrupt.

Corruption is one of the biggest problems of our society. But the most sad thing about it is that it is completely our fault. We have to reconsider our life priorities, become loyal to others and try to help them without any compensation - just sincerely, with all our heart, just having a wish to help others with their problems and needs. Just imagine yourself at the place of the person who needs your help. If everyone thinks about the problem in such a way, there will be much less corruption. You help the person and he helpes you without any reward.
