Are Most Nigerian Women Prostitutes?

Some women offer only sex = 25%

While men offer sex + money = 75%

Sometimes some women offer nothing tangible = 0%

While the men offer everything = 100%

In my opinion some ladies in Nigeria have no right whatsoever to complain of their position as sex objects because thatìs what they have made of themselves. When you tell a man he has to buy you all sorts of gifts before he can see your undies, why do you come and complain later that he has no respect for you? What makes you different from a prostitute? The last time I checked the dictionary a prostitute doesn't have to work at the main road to be one. Any person man/woman who accepts money for sexual interscourse is a prostitute.

There are also cases where the man decides on his own to be generous but when you make a must for things to move on then I am sorry you are an ashawo!

Just my 2 cents!

i disagree with you 100% not every woman sleeps with a man just because she wants something, don't generalize when you talk about married couple, and not everyone is after money,

Its actually embarassing to see the greed displayed by a lot of our Naija sisters, but i think it a bit overstrechted to say most Nigerian women are prostitutes. I would not want to attribute it all to poverty, because i believe people should take some responsibilty for their actions, we have a culture that encourages women to be dependant on men , which i really do not like because women have the same capabilty to earn their survival as men.

So i believe we need a complete reorientation on gender Issues, Some Women need to learn to work hard, manage finaces and live within their means. We are brought up to be too dependent on others, from an early age we should be thought the value of hardwork and contentment, Contentment is very important

i wouldnt go as far and call nigerian women prostitutes, as they are not offering themselves for sexual hire.

i can see ur point, and yes, i see it as disgraceful how SOME naija women would only DATE a guy, if the guy is showering them with money.

I am talking about Nigeria and not about the world. I don't care about what happens next door as it doesn't justify.

Anytime I take a bad grade at school and tell my dad: "I am not the only one". He answers: "I don't care. You don't have to be lazy just because others are".

On the other hand he compares me to the ones who have taken good grades: "Look at Xxxx. You should be more like him/her".
