A friend of mine is facing a real life dilemma about an ackward situation concerning one of his employees in the office.
You see Jonathan (my friend) employed Susan as one of his many female administrative staff at the Shipping business about four months ago. Now about three days ago he called me on the phone, sounding very confused and excited at the same time, he explained to me that the previous night whilst working late with Susan, he had as a matter of courtesy offered her a lift home.
Now on the drive to drop her off at home, Susan blatantly told Jonathan to his face that she lived alone and wanted to Jonathan to come in for a drink and a little bit extra. Jonathan refused and jokingly told her that she must be slightly out of her mind but Susan was not having any of it and continously pleaded with Jonathan to give her some even going as far as calling him gay.
Jonathan as far as I know is obviously not gay but was deeply uncomfortable Susan's "directness" and wondered what her motive was. He would not have minded going ahead with giving her some especialy given the fact that Susan is really well endowed, but Jonathan used the excuse of being in a serious relationship as a get out clause. Susan was not having any of that "I am in a relatonship talk" and took off her bra and then forced his hands onto her bosoms. Jonathan being the stronger of the two broke away and eventually Susan was persuaded to get out of the car when Jonathan threatened to drive back to his home with her still in the car if she did not get out. On his drive back home Jonathan was confused as to how to handle her when she turns up for work the next day.
Now does he sack her tempting Bottom or give her one or act as though nothing happened.
Fellows, what advice would you give Jonathan given the delicate nature of what is at stake?
