its 2010, BUT WHY?? WHY?? WHY
@Mr_cork, man d mistake u made is dat dat shldn't be ur first approach wit a lady u don't even know b4 and u still need a tutorial on how to approach a lady most especially black women u dnt knw. #2 is that every race r al different, what white ladies found as fun or joke to make friends wit, a black lady might get mad over it and tel ya to Bleep off!!!, no offense some blkz still need civilizations 4get dat they mingle wit whitez or not, many negros jus dnt knw hw to act apart from wat u said to dat lady at d bus stop, And for d word CHEAP, thatz naija girlz low mentality so u need to go hard b4 a dude can get u nd some 9ja guys can also say they're cheap yep ofcos when they easily get dem so d blame is on both sexes in 9ja and at the end u wil see a lady dyin silently when she doesn't hv d courage to express her feelings to a guy she like jus because folkz may cal her LovePeddler, cheap slut etc stil 9ja mentality. Its 2010 we jus need to grow up nd i believe african cultures nd traditions is somehow affectin our love life in some kinda wayz.
This is why some things men should just leave alone. No one chases you abi? It's beyond annoying having guys feel "entitled' to you. The boy no know e name, still he go flex. That's beyond rude and disrespectful and he gets whatever he has coming. If anyone comes up to me asking for my number or just being silly, I ignore them straight up.
Try saying "hello, my name is, " and actually getting to know the person, rather than popping out of one corner and asking for information.
Today's generation has it so easy. LAZINESS! Ask my father for how many months he chased my mum. She denied him for 4 months! Even after my dad tried using his friends and her friends to get to her. You lot are complaining about not getting immediate obliges. Na wa o. Settle down and look for someone that actually interests you rather than a quick fix or a hint of confidence.
black gals play hard to get for a variety of reasons and i think these reasons r pretty obvious
a white woman has grown up in an environment that encourages female sexuality and the expression of it even if a black woman has grown up in this environment she is still subject to some constrains courtsey of family and friends etc
white women have fought for the legalisation of abortions, contraceptives etc---even if black women were involved in these movements, they were hardly the leaders of it and were prob very few
a black woman has a constant need to comform---ie seek approval from her friends, family---white women r more independent in their reasoning and r more individualistic
the role of religion has greatly reduced especially in countries like the uk---hence the notion that women have to remain virgins is effectively out of the door---in this era of equality white women r taking charge of their sexuality and tend not to seek approval from any body and of cos they r less judgemental
the idea that sex is a favour to a man is soming that has been ingrained in a black woman-----not so much for this generation of white women
black women believe that playing hard to get is directly proportional to the respect that u get from a man---white women r more spontaneous and feel less inclined to play hard to get because they beliv that it takes two to tango
