Help Me! Starcomms Don Kill Me. What Should I Do ?

people make una see me with starcomms wahala. I subscribed for my 9pm-9am time on the 14/01/08, i was told the connection was activated on the 16th, up till now am yet to browse with it. It gives me an error that it cannot connect to their remote computer. I took my pc to their office @ toyin str. & was told everything is intact. Still yet i can't connect. I need my money back or guys wat do u suggest i do ? I don call & complain tire, all dey do is try to have me reconfigure which am tired of doing. Has anyone encountered this problem before? I need advice pls.

na ur money we dey talk here, it the poo dsnt work this nite, just go there early momo on monday and make sure something is done.

My brother dis one pass "poo". If u say poo, its like u dey respect them, i beg find another ugly word use for them. Starcomms is a pain in the BuTt.

Men my throat don dey pain me 4 shouting. I jst finished calling them & the person wey answer me talk say it will work tonite. I no dey trust dis people, dem lie pass lie.

I have been using this starcomms line for the past 5yrs now & i can even work in their data dept. when it comes to configuring. My subscription expired ni, i jst go pay na im dis wahala start. I used my friends starcomms on my pc with same configuration, all i did was change #@starcomms.com & password & it worked. The fault is from them.

Relax Bro,

Lets see if all is right first,i have had the same problem many times but have found my way around.First of all make sure that your ID is "yournumber@starcomms.com(which should start with 1) and PW is "yournumber" and the number your modem should dail must be"#777".If you still have problems halla me on 08036230057 and i will take you thru a whole new configuration.

the next time u go theremake sure u go with ur receipt and cause a very big scene.
