Human capital is characterized by a system of indicators reflecting the processes of reproduction, their ability (capacity) to meet the needs under present conditions of life, taking into account health, safety and the environment.
Human capital is often compared to manufactured resources. To some extent, ability (abilities) people that allow them to make high profits are made, and not inherited from birth or just by chance acquired.
At the same time, the category of "opportunity" (capabilities) — a more neutral term and, therefore, may be the most appropriate term to characterize human capital. The main features of a person are: physiological, intellectual, organizational, financial (monetary), property and others.
