Each time the erratic power supply, bad roads, fuel scarcity and whatever have you hits hard on the citizens of Nigeria, the quickly point their fingers at the president as being the sole person responsible for their hardship. This has prompted me to ask if it will take just one man called "good president" to totally change the ugly face of Nigeria. The president runs the country with powers, but not absolute powers, and there are usually some powerfull political forces that influences the president's decisions. To prove the right answer, I just wish one of those who parade themselves as the messiah like Donald duke and wole soyinka will become president in 2011. Then we can sit back and watch. If Nigeria doesn't change much or have a brigher future after a tenure of eight years, then I think we should take a second look.
