The judge of the Abuja Federal Supreme Court, withdrew from the case filed against the federal authorities against the self-acclaimed IPOB leader, whose name is Mr. Nnamdi Kanu (known as Nnamdi Kanu, Biafra). Judge, whose name is James Tsoho, told that he would send back that case file to Justice Ibrahim Auta, who is the Chief Judge of our Federal High Court, to override.

Biafra News Today keeps talking about their leader. Previously, he petitioned Justice Tsoho to the National Judicial Council because of the alleged judicial fraud. At that resumed trial, lead counsel of Mr Kanu, Chuks Muoma brought some application alleging that the court was biased in order; it was still to this issue.
They argued that the Court had, in its judgment of 26 April 2016, openly expressed extremely serious bias against the defense team member, adding that it would be in the interests of justice for the application must be provided to maintain the sanctity of the judge office.
In his judgment Justice Tsoho told that he did not have any personal interest in the Kanu’s process and he was going to return to the case for his reassignment. Kanu, along with his co-accused, Benjamin Madubugwu and also David Nwawuisi already have to face six-count charge of the treasonable felony that brought against all of them by the federal authorities.
