Hello there. Would like fellow Nigerians to indicate the governmental institution they consider the most corrupt in Nigeria and give reasons. For me, it's the PHCN (formerly called NEPA). Most of the staff are compulsively and unrepentantly corrupt. Compared to the developed countries of the world, they charge the highest tariff and still claim subsidies from the national treasury inspite of the incessant power outages. To add insult to injury, they don't read meters anymore and just cook up fictitious figures and charge them to people. An experience was where a family moved abroad from their duplex and rented out a room in the boys-quarters to a tenant only for the bills to be increased by 50%. Also the NNPC and their partners in crime are not left out. Nigerians pay the high for petroluem products especially pms and still they claim to spend trillions on import subsidy. When will people in the corridors of power stop taking Nigerians for fools?
