Are Miracles Real?

Sometimes ago,i was at ketu in Lagos state, and there was a Rivival that was organised by a popular church and a popular pastor at Ikosi-ketu in lagos state.when this rivival was going on,it was time to pray for those that needs healing, after thge prayers some people claimed to be healed, but i have doubt in my mind. The following day at the program, there were some blind people that came for healings,i went and sat in their mix cos i want to realy see for myself if indeed miracles still exist.During the program it was time for healing, and people were prayed for and later some of them claimed to have been healed but not a single person amongst these blind people was healed,i began to wondering if this so called pastors are playing on our intelligents by acting a script. So ARE MIRACLES REAL?And also share your experience.

the bible is very clear about this , Ephesian 3:20 he will do abundantly above all we can ever think or imagine according to the power that worketh in us, the power here is the faith in us, nothing is impossible for God, he sd if your faith be as little as monster seed and you say unto this mountain be that moved! it will,

but let us be careful miracle seekers!!! Jesus said this generation seeks after signs and wonders you will get nothing but the sign of Jonah who was in the belle of the fish, MAY HIS GRACE LEAD US in jesus name!!!! AMEN!

You only hear and read about miracles. No single evidence to see and verify.

It must have been a few sect of followers that believed such.I used to be a cele member then. D Lawrence of Ghana tried to do like christ,we all knew the fate that befell him.

It goes both ways. Sometimes I feel some are real, sometimes they are unbelievabke. Only God knows if it is actually real or the people performing it.

Some xtians think they have the gift of healing but the dont so why pretend you have the Gift.

The Holy Spirit gives all kinds of gifts some can heal, some can prophesy but beware of false prophets and teachers.

If the words of the prophet and preacher are not according to the holy words dont believe in that prophet or preacher.

Miracles are real. But you need faith to receive one. Many people have microscopic faith because of the false doctrines in their minds and their evil desires so they do not receive their miracles. Remember Jesus(Yeshua Emanuel) talks about faith he said if yur faith is as small as a mustard seed you can move mountains. But some xtians are struggling with faith, their faith is so small it is microscopic. May God THE YHVH help them. Without good works faith cant grow.

Many pastors and preachers are not as spiritual as Saint Peter (Shimon BarJonah) and Saint Paul (Shaul Benjamin)because they are not communing with the Holy Spirit so the do not receive certain truths, revelations and gifts.

miracles are real for those that believe in God. a miracle has no logical explanation. it is a supernatural phenomenon. it is fair to say that some are fake considering the quest for material things among our so called pastors. However if it is real, it will be permanent otherwise it is not from God. it will be intresting to challenge these men of God to visit Hospitals/sickhomes for their miracle shows. The patients have verifyable/documented history of their aliement. if indeed they recieve healing, doubts associated with their spectacular shows could be addresed.

I dont think there is anybody dat is doubting the miracle of Jesus Christ, especially d miracle of Resurrection. Some years ago wen Pastor Oshoffa of celestial church of christ died, his followers promised that he will resurrect on the third day,up till now after many years he is yet to rise. So no one doubt Jesus miracles.

Pls dont get us wrong on this issue, Nobody is doubting the miracle of Jesus Christ, but the staged managed miracles by our so called pastors. As for me i give a vote of confidence to Jesus miracles. But i dont believe in these so called men of god miracles cos they are all staged managed.

Off-course yes, Miracles are real, and true miracle is not the act of any man but of God.

The fact that there are many deceivers does not nullify the power of God at work in our days.

Just make sure you look well, especially in this our naija. Too many liars. Nkan Bee!

My dear,i can swear that no pastor in nigeria as far as i am concern can perform any miracle,God can perform miracle to you when you cry out to him rather than kneeling in front of a pastor to lay his hand on you with the magic rings they are wearing. So my submission is that cry to God for your miracle cos we have some blind pastors that are ooo.

segyemaro, your observation on mazaje is very correct. The few of his comments I had come across clearly shows he is not a Christian.

It's clear that miracles are not real to the poster otherwise he will not be asking such question.

We have lot of people out there who are not really interested in obeying and doing the things of God rather they are consumed by their desires to seek for miracles at all cost and some people out there decided to take full advantage of this to exploit those who are desperate for miracles. So, we have people doing all sorts in the name of miracles, genuine or otherwise. The bottomline is: we have real miracles and those that are not real.

I think what the poste meant is that no genuine miracle can be performed by pastors,i dont know what to say about this. But you getting a job was indeed a miracle between you and God,no one layed his hand on you and a self determination
