Did the statue of Jesus cry

There are millions of paintings and statues of Jesus around the world and at time strange things happen to them. This one started crying issuing some kind of water. Learn why and where that happened.

Can a statue of Jesus cry?

This incident took place in an Indian village. And thousands of people gathered there to see it and participate. There is a large Catholic statue of Jesus Christ and it started “crying” issuing what they call the “holy water”.

The village is called Kharodi and it is located near the Mumbai. Those, coming to see the wonder take special containers to gather the moisture, considering it being holy. Some of these worshipers have travelled for days on foot to get to the statue. The “tears” issue from the eyes and roll down all the way to the feet of the statue.

Is this a sign from God?

Well, Jesus talked much about such “signs and wonders”. What did He say? Read for yourself!

“Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.”

(Matthew 24:23-26)

Jesus cry

You know the truth. Those signs and wonders appeal to souls, but do we really need them? No! The Lord is alive in people’s hearts. If you get born again and meet Jesus in person, you need no statue to cry or heal you. He is there for you and you can have personal relationship with Him. These are the signs of the last days, when false prophets and wonders come! Amen!
