"Islam doesn't promote violence or peace.Islam is just a religion. And like every religion in the world, it depends on what you bring to it.If you are a violent person, your Islam, your Judaism, your Christianity, your Hinduism is going to be violent." Reza Aslan
It is known that fornication or sex before marriage is forbidden in Islam. In Islamic society, sexual relations are governed by strict religious regulations that encourage love and sex only in a legal marriage and condemn all sorts of unconventional people's attitudes. Islam allows and approves of sexual activity and love, giving Muslims the right to meet their physical, social and psychological needs by entering a Sharia marriage. Islam forbids incest, homosexuality, lesbianism, bestiality, pedophilia, necrophilia, sadomasochism and anal sex, and imposes for their commitment to the Muslims various punishments.
That is true that Muslim does not sleep with women before marriage, and if he does, is the primary matter to be judged by their God. Marriage is a union between a man and a woman, under the compromise and mutual consent to live together according to the teachings of their religion, to the faith.
The parents, as “directors” of the families, give advices to both of the prospective spouses. And while the first steps and friendly contacts have been made by the parents, the future life partners can easily build a marriage.
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advises that the choice of the spouses should be based on chastity, decency, and religion. He says (PBUH): "Do not get engaged for beauty because then this will be the cause of moral decline, nor done for wealth because then this may be the cause of disobedience. Marry those who come from religious families”.
And also he says (PBUH): "Anyway, a woman is married for four reasons: her wealth, her lineage, her beauty and her religion, as they believe that this will give greater security to the future of your home.”
You must overcome your sexual desire before marriage. But if a person can not marry just after reaching sexual and mental maturity, how should they handle their sexual instincts? In this section, we will examine the problem of the whether they are allowed to have sex in Islam or not.
Premarital sex is absolutely forbidden in Islam, no matter if a coition will happen with a girlfriend or a prostitute. It is also an irresponsible sexual behavior. In such relationships, the most vulnerable person is a woman. However, the statistics conclusively demonstrate that man has often cheated innocent women in pre-marital sex relations.
Half of Americans between 27 and 30 years old live together before marriage because many of them assume that it is th best chance to analyze a partner more carefully before you get married. But now studies show that couples, who cohabit before marriage are more likely to divorce than those who do not.
Glen Elder, a sociologist at the University of North Carolina, says about cohabitation: "It is a relationship that attracts those, mainly men, who seek an easy way out if they are not married yet."
Once, a 24-year-old girl wrote in her letter to Glen: "... The line [in a previous letter] that touched me was about a teenager girl, who met a lot of girls of her age, who had several partners' just because it was fun. "
She adds: “I found it strange because I was having sexual relationships at 16 and it was not fun. Sleeping with guys was not exciting or thrilling, it was degrading. This made me feel more alone and empty than ever. I also worried every month about getting pregnant. That was a real hell... if I could talk to the girls who read your column, I would say that teenage sex does not solve problems, it creates even more. It does not make a girl feel loved, but makes her feel “cheap.”
Sex before marriage in Islam punishment, what is it?
As their God says: «Avoid fornication, it is an indecency! A wrong way... (to satisfy the sexual instinct)!" (Quran 17:32)
Fornication and adultery have been severely condemned in the hadith of the Prophet and the Imams. In Islam, pre-marital sex is considered an immoral act against God's rights and sexual organs too.
Premarital sex is a sin punishable by the Islamic court: "Punish the adulterer and the adulteress with a hundred lashes for each for them. Out of respect for God's law, do not use tenderness for them" (Quran 24: 2).
If a single man or woman commits adultery more than once, they shall be punished with a hundred lashes up to three times; and if they have been convicted for the fourth time, they will be given death. (People have no excuse for committing adultery. The Islamic law says that married people, who are guilty in adultery, should be stoned to death.)
It is interesting that in Islam, the disclosure of any details relating to an intimate relationship, including legal is strictly prohibited. The exceptions are some points that, for example, you can tell about sexual life when you visit a doctor for medical reasons. At the same time, the doctor himself has to keep the secret of their patients.
It is important to note that Islam also take care of their faithful. It is thought that promiscuous sex has consequences in the form of sexually transmitted diseases. Today it became clear "side effects" of the sexual revolution. Perhaps the most obvious of its effects was the increase in the number of cases of sexually transmitted infections. In the fight against sexually transmitted diseases, doctors are pinning their hopes on the next generation of antibiotics. However, pathogens also acquire new forms and become more dangerous. According www.msha.com site, there are more than 20 kinds of diseases, sexually transmitted diseases. In fact, the modern world has seen their epidemics.
Therefore, premarital sex stays out of the question of satisfaction of sexual desire.
