Romans chapter 1 vrs 20-25"EVER SINCE THE CREATION OF THE WORLD HIS INVISIBLE NATURE,NAMELY ,HIS ETERNAL POWER AND DEITY,HAS BEEN CLEARKY PERCEIVED IN THE THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE.SO THEY ARE WITHOUT EXCUSE;FOR ALTHOUGH THEY KNEW GOD THEY DID NOT HONOUR HIM AS GOD OR GIVE THANKS TO HIM,BUT THEY BECAME FUTILE IN THEIR THINKING AND THEIR SENSELESS MINDS WERE DARKENED.CLAIMING TO BE WISE,THEY BECAME FOOLS, AND EXCHANGED THE GLORY OF THE IMMORTAL GOD FOR IMAGES RESEMBLING MORTAL MAN OR BIRDS OR ANIMALS OR REPTILES.THEREFORE GOD GAVE THEM UP IN THE LUSTS OF THEIR HEARTS TO IMPURITY,TO THE DISHONOURING OF THEIR BODIES AMONG THEMSELVES,BECAUSE THEY EXCHANGED THE TRUTH ABOUT GOD FOR A LIE AND WORSHIPPED AND SERVED THE CREATURE RATHER THAN THE CREATOR,WHO IS BLESSED FOREVER! Amen". Vrs 28" AND SINCE THEY DID NOT SEE FIT TO ACKNOWLEDGE GOD,GOD GAVE THEM UP TO A BASE MIND AND TO IMPROPER CONDUCT.

hell or jahannam is a figment of some peoples over ripe imagination foisted on us over centuries.

its a means of subjugating the masses, do you think rich men, oligarchs and so called noble men believe one bit in hell?

do u think the ayotollahs, adeboyes, oyedepos , hinns, creflos and joshuas of this world believe in hell?

hell is a tool to make their followers cower, to make them perpetual subjects.

please brethren and folks liberate your minds i beg you!

PLS LET ME UNDERSTAND SOMETHING, DO WE THINK THIS WORLD IS JUST A PLACE WE COME AND GO WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY, WE HAVE TO GIVE ACCOUNT OF OUR ACTIONS, AND DEPENDING ON YOUR ACTION YOU MAY END UP IN HELL OR YOU THINK YOU CAN JUST GO FREE AFTER ALL THE ATROCITIES YOU HAVE DONE, NO WAY, WE MUST PAY FOR OUR ACTIONS +/-

I wish our ancestors had said that when the christians first came to africa.

In fact they probably did but were not given a choice. Now some of us still find it hard to release the chains.

If "fire and brimstone" are all symbolic, then what is so bad about hell then? Give it to me any time. Anywhere else MUST be far better than heaven, particularly id that silly Jesus is there.

lol you seem too desperate to "help" us see the light. Perhaps the truth is you are the one with the problem, i dont remember any of us complaining about being in darkness. We're doing just fine so shove your help elsewhere it might be needed.

I wonder. He says God doesnt exist and yet he has thread upon thread on the punishment of the same non-existent God? You gotta laugh at the insecurity of these folks.

Mt. 25:46 - "They will go away to eternal punishment."

So the bible says people burn in hell for eternity and for me l don't understand the jurisprudence behind that system of judgment. How is it fair to have secular humanist and Adolf Hitler burning together in hell for eternity ?

This is talking about the Judgment of the wicked dead. It should be grievous for any Christian to make light of or joke about this. These verses should make every true Christian weep and cry to God on behalf of the unsaved and, then motivate us plead with sinners to turn to the Saviour.

This is talking about the Judgment of believer's works which I believe is at the Bema Seat of Christ.

1 Corinthians 3:15, says: "If it is burned up, he will suffer loss; he himself will be saved, but only as one escaping through the flames." The passage (1 Corinthians 3:12-15) is using an illustration of things going through fire as a description of believers’ works being judged.  If our works are of good quality "gold, silver, costly or precious stones," they will pass through the fire unharmed, and we will be rewarded for them.  If our works are of poor quality "wood, hay, and straw," they will be consumed by the fire, and there will be no reward.  The passage does not say that believers pass through the fire, but rather that a believer’s works pass through the fire.  1 Corinthians 3:15 refers to the believer "escaping through the flames," not "being cleansed by the flames" unless you believe in the doctrine of purgatory.

Remember, this is the judgment of believers' works:

1.  Subjects:  Believers (Galatians 6:8; Eph.6:8; Col.3:24; 2Cor.5:10)

2.  Time:  Between the rapture and the second advent (Lk.14:14)

3.  Place:  In heaven (1 Cor.9:24-27; Rom.14:10; 2Cor.5:10)

4.  Basis:  Works, both good and bad (1Cor.3:11-15; 2Cor.5:10; Matt.165:27; Rom.2:6; 2Tim.4:14)

5.  Result:  Reward or loss of reward, but never loss of one's soul for any wrong doings properly confessed and forgiven (1Cor.3:11-15).  This judgment deals with the believer as a servant (Rom.14; 2Cor.5:10,11)

[li]Did you know that Satan would rather have you take the book of Genesis as myth instead of historical facts that tells us of his entry into this world and reminds him of his prophesied Judgment ?[/li]

[li]Did you know that Satan would rather have you take the book of Revelation as mystery instead of the eternal truth that reveals his inglorious exit and eternal doom with all his agents?[/li]

[li]Did you know that Satan knows enough Bible passages to deceive mankind into believing hell does not exist?[/li]

Why are you unecessarily troubled about a place you believe doesn't exist?

Compare these two portions of scripture:

Rev 20:12-15

(12) And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

(13) And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

(14) And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

(15) And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

1Co 3:11-15

(11) For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

(12) Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;

(13) Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.

(14) If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

(15) If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

Make ur own conclusions there.

Do you know that the very popular belief that burning in hell for eternity might not be so?

Do you know that (yes there is the Lake of Fire) this hell which is well known might not be what everybody thinks it is?

Do you know that the stuff said in Revelations are very symbolic stuff and not literal stuff?

Hell is not as everybody is making it out to be.

True it is a place/period/realm of torment but it is for a time and for a reason.
