Why Do Muslims Do This? And Even Muslim Women Too?

Why are Muslims attacking and killing Chritians in Northern Nigeria?

Here are some facts from recent reports:

Nigeria

The latest attack on the Rt. Rev. Ali Buba Lamido, 47-year-old Anglican Bishop of Wusasa diocese in Kaduna state, began as the past year's previous three did…

Armed men, whom he believes were Muslim militants, asked the guards at his home where he was, announcing they were going to kill him.

This time, on March 10th, a guest of one of his guards was shot dead.

The guard and another worker were seriously injured.

The four attacks on his house since April 2005 have involved no attempted robbery.

"It is difficult to believe it was not religiously motivated, because some bishops have been attacked and one priest was murdered in a similar way," he said. "And the killers never stole anything from their houses."

Pray God will continue to protect Bishop Lamido.

Pray he will have the forgiving spirit of Christ toward the attackers and will encourage the Christian community to pray for their enemies.

Pray the Holy Spirit will overcome the spirit of violence controlling the Muslims in Nigeria.

Nigeria

Two female Christian students remain missing after seven Muslims, also young women students, attacked them on March 18th, at Ahmadu Bello University in Kaduna state.

The two students were about to bathe at the women's residence when the Muslim women emerged from a mosque and attacked, beating them until they were unconscious.

The women, identified only as Joy and Priscilla, were treated at the university health clinic but were not seen again…

Their disappearance has raised religious tensions on campus.

James Kagbu, the university's Joint Chapel Council secretary, said, "Muslim students under the auspices of the Muslim Students' Society have been terrorizing Christians in the university without provocation."

Pray Joy and Priscilla will be found and returned to their families.

Pray they will be strengthened by the presence of their Savior.

Pray Christians at the university will be the fragrance of Christ to fellow students.

@Olabowale,

Thanks for eventually coming directly after series of veiled references to us as 'dogs', 'lightweights' etc, to which we bear no grudge but stand firmly (with no compromise!) on the principles & doctrine of mercies through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Nobody expect anybody to drag himself or herself on the floor to another human being, but "Let God be TRUE, and all men be liars." God is one and only true God and Jesus is His only begotten Son who became flesh for the sake of mankind. God said it, I and my house believe it and the world WILL know it. I use the icons to express my moods because I am always in good mood and good cheer since "christ has overcome the world."

Thanks for your best wishes. Regards to your family and you're always in my prayers. Bye

@Havila: So that you know that I do not have any bhard feeling towards you, I will respond to your around the way response to me.

First, when I read your responses, I smile, sometimes laugh. I am not laughing at you, but laugh that you find it hard to come directly to me and at least since, i am older and you say you are a Yoruba, hopefully from noble family, then I just do not know if you expect me to drag myself on the floor to you. Well, it aint happening. But I am a Muslim and I copy the quality of my noble prophet (AS) in how he dealt and encourage us to deal with our neighbors. Because of this, the Yoruba in me is always dormant. My older son, Olayiwola is less than a decade your Junior, I think. I raise the them well. Thanks to God, good genes, excellent nurturing and mothering from their mother. Now, I yhink you now know that I do not hope any evil to you. Instead, I love you and I want you to go as high as you wish and that God grant you success. Even Davidylan, I hope he is alright where ever he is. I like good and hard challenges. In my business, it is a second nature, yet I will always keep my head firmly planted on my shoulders.

To your question about Dijjal (Antichrist) and Massiah (Isa Ibn Mariam (AS)): You should read Suratul Suratul Baqarah, Imran, Maidah, An Am, Anfal, Taubah, Anfal, Araf, Hud, Yunus, Yusuf, Ibrahiim, Israa, Mariam, Ambiyya, Saffat and many more. In the Qur'an God discusses Jesus and his mother more than Muhammad is. Aburo, part of the believe in Islam is Jesus as a prophet of his Lord in full quality as much as Muhammad (AS to both of them)

Just because we have a view that is different to what you have, does not mean that you are right and that we are wrong. Allah the Almighty, alone is the One Who knows who is right. Your crireria are not the same as ours.

By the say smile and say hello to your family. You should take good care of yourself and be of goodcheers. Stop getting so angry, so extremely and so quickly. And stop using the icons to much. they are very annoying in serious issues, which is what we find ourselves. Dijjal is an accursed personality in Islam. He is part of the army of Shaitan. WE pray against them: Oh All I seek refuge in You against the trial od Dijjal, and the trial of living and dying and the trial of the grave and protect me from Hell fire. Oh Allah I seek refuge in You against the Shaitan the accursed. These are just two samples of many prayers that we make. Every activity in the life of a muslim, man and woman, there is a guidance and rule. Aburo, I just want to express my fondness to you, do you see the common thread leading to the Comforter, leading you to all things and praising Jesus and even his mother and saying only what he had been commanded to do, not doing things out of his own will? Think about it before you respond.

@All,

How absurd is this; Islam/muslims do not believe in Christ yet makes supplication against the Anti-Christ? Is this not another case of deception to keep people in poverty of understanding? But we know that muslims are waiting for the 12th imam (i.e the Al-Mahdi) who will unite the whole world, rule the world, create peace in the middle east forcefully etc, as written in the quran. Yet, in the epistles of John, we are told that the 'spirit' of anti-christ (note!!!; the 'spirit' or followership of 'anti-christ') is already in the world; and secondly all these characteristics of the 12th Iman/Al-Mahdi as contained in the quran are just the characteristics of the Anti-Christ as described in the Book of Daniel, Isaiah, Revelations written hundreds of years before the existence of Islam, muhammed or quran.

In all things, get understanding.

@Orikinla: Nna, Kedu? What happened to you? I asked about your Uncle, my brother in Islam, you conveniently ignored me. The Yorubas say 'Ara eniyan ni rere wa'. Are you concern that he and me will be friendly and that is too much for you to swallow? Babyosisi says that you are a lover, always. But she is qualifying it that it is SEX alone that exites you. Unfortunately, the fornication with Muslim women is your specialty. You should marry and stop all of that nonsense! Thats just silly when grown people do it as boyfriend/girlfriend ting! Then you are fighting for Jesus!

By the way, are you following the African Catholic Bishop about breaking the celibacy chain imposed by Rome? What's your thought.

@Reverend: Are you married? If not, you should as soon as you can. This should calm you down. By the way you should marry an African woman, with all this energy, she will handle you quite well, since you can not marry more than 1, as a christian, being restricted by law and rule of mare mortal.

If Dajjal comes, you will know that it is not a muslim or does he belong to Islam. We make supplication in Salah to Allah against Anti-Christ's trial, influence or followership. How is that possible that Muslim or Islam is this antichrist? Please let us be serious here!

The West, since its rise to eminence and power on the World stage has taken and continues to take advantage of Muslims, non Muslims and other people who are not 'lilly white or its surrogates'. Even though I disagree and unhappy with Muslim leadership and the irrationality of the angry masses, you take a look at the wholesale killing being visited on the Muslims all over the world! When is this killing going to be too much and becomes evil? Until you have a complete generation dead? There are even contractors in this fight now, killing indiscriminately without control and rule of nation to guide them. They all have immunity! Wow. Saddam Hussein and his cohorts are evil. Do you have to match them in brutality or even worse?

We have the same in the UK. Muslim people that we have welcomed to our shores, given them jobs, homes, money and schooling.

How do they repay the society that helped them. They murder them is cold blood!

Islam is a false religion and one that condones murder and torture!

Islam is the anti-christ and you should all be aware of it!

Feelgood,

No.

Please, don't take any of our honest to God freedom of speech as hate speech.

We are all free to express ourselves.

God forbid, I cannot hate even Osama bin Laden.

If I come across him now, I will only embrace him and break down asking, "Why? Why? Why? Do we have to attack and kill innocent people?"

Talking is better than fighting.

God help us all.

I actually left this thread because of the ill wind and "semi-hatred" it was creating. Am only writing in this thread because when you hear a person of peace talk and someone who has taken time to welcome all people, no matter what faith theY belong to, it comforts the heart and makes you know that the world is not such a bad place after all.

Feelgood

I read your post and it has actually warmed my heart and made my day. The bickering and superiority talk about one religion being the way to Paradise must stop. As you said there are bad Muslims and Christians. There are good Muslims and Christians. I am a Muslim and I detest anything that involves hatred due to religious beliefs. As quoted in the Quran:

The Cow 2:62:"Believers, Jews, Christians and Sabaeans – whoever believes in God and the Last Day and does what is right – shall be rewarded by their Lord; they have nothing to fear or to regret.

So what are we on about. Yes we have our differences in how we think Paradise is going to be attained. But is it through acrimony and harsh words and evil deeds, that we'll attain eternity with the Lord?

I just want US all to live together in happiness. That to me is worth more than the religiousness we all speak about.

I rest my case and I thank feelgood again for his Post.

GOD BE WITH US ALL.

Dear Orikinla,

I have carefully gone through all the postings in this thread and I have not seen how they met with your stated purpose. One thing is sure however, it did succeed in creating controversy in a ‘me vs you’ way. But then as Christians, is this what the Lord called us to do? Hebrews 12:14; Rom 12:17, 18; don't you think we should just limit ourselves to preaching the gospel of peace and leave the Holy Spirit to do the rest. Condemnations, bickering, fault finding, accusations, especially of people of other faiths do not glorify the risen Lord and Saviour.

Have we lost our savour as the salt of the earth? Where is the grace expected of us in the use of our tongues - Proverbs 15:1 – 4. If the Lord found Himself in our world, how would He react to abuses, mis-information, etc from people of other faiths? Counter 'strikes' and vitriolic defenses of Himself? Matt 5: 43 - 48 is particularly instructive. Does a thread like this make for peace? Please read James 3: 9 – 18; 1Peter 4:12 – 19.

To be sure, persecutions of Christians are not from Muslims alone. Even Buddhists in India are persecuting Christian missionaries in that place. Perhaps it will surprise you that there are 'Christian' societies and churches that encourage ungodly practices like adultery, homosexuality, etc and still persecute the brethren. In my village, we’ve had instances where families violently assault their kin who attend a Christian denomination aside of theirs. And they quote (albeit wrongly) scriptures to justify their actions - what are we going to say about such people? Do we declare the Bible wrong and fake because of these people? I have also known Muslims whose comportment and character are exemplary and put some Christians' conduct to question.

When are we going to quit this attitude of debate in trying to make a point or proving that we are of superior specie? Don't you detect a trace of pride and guile in this our approach? Also, strident and vitriolic ‘defenses’ of our faith may have the tendency of driving away souls from the saving grace of Jesus Christ whose desire is that ALL should come unto Him. All because they find our attitude/reactions repulsive and repugnant.1 Corinth.9: 19 – 27. Mukina2 had cause to decry the use of our language and manner in an earlier thread in this forum.

We should not base our opinions of others on fear, hatred, or prejudice, but on fact. Muslim terrorists have done some terrible things, but that does not make all Muslims terrorists. Many Muslims reject terrorism and simply want to live a peaceful, productive life. Likewise, some people in countries with Christian roots have peddled Indecency, encourage skimpy clothes (especially among our womenfolk), but that does not mean all Christians want to corrupt the world. Bible-believing Christians want to live at peace with all people and to show love to all, following in the footsteps of Jesus. Muslims and Christians alike have in common the fact that both are human.

I make no secret of where I stand. I believe in Jesus as one with God. I trust that Jesus died to pay for my sins. I am confident that His resurrection guarantees eternal life for me. I depend on the Holy Spirit living in me. I make no claim to being superior to anybody, but remain eternally grateful for the blood of the Lamb that bought me who was once a vile and vain offender. Apart from evangelism/preaching, I also endeavour (by my life and words and through prayer) to share and encourage people to come and partake of the graces of my Lord Jesus Christ - while remembering my background and avoiding perverse disputations, 1 Tim 6: 3 – 5.

I indeed recognise that there are differences between Christianity and Islam. I'm also eager for Christians and Muslims to get along better, but let's do

this by being honest about our differences, even as we take note of significant similarities i.e. Muslims and Christians are people. We are humans with God-given value. We are not animals, and we shouldn’t treat each other as animals. We are not demons, and we shouldn’t treat each other as demons. We are human, and we should treat each other as humans. Whether Christian or Muslim or something else, each of us wants to be treated with fairness and respect, so we should treat others with fairness and respect.

Please I do not use this post to question your Christianity - far be it; I do not consider myself worthy to do that. I just post this in the hope that we can come back to being at peace with our neighbours, either on the net or anywhere else and remember our responsibility of ensuring we remain faithful ambassadors of Jesus Christ in this challenging period of our life. I trust you will see it that way too. Acts 24:16.

God bless you good.

Boston must be very cold now.

I asked about you because I missed you a little here.

I have read the Koran and made quotations from it.

I know the truth and that truth has set me free.

Light shines in darkness ad darkness cannot comprehend it and Jesus is that light.

His word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

Jesus says 'I am the way,the truth and the life,no one comes to the father but by me"

He also says,I am the resurrection and the life.

Again The scriptures  says" for by grace are you saved through faith, not of yourselves, not of works lest any man should boast,it is the gift of God"

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begoten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

Think on those words Olabowole and may the King of glory reveal himsel to you.

Amen.

@Babyosisi: Evidently, you never take recommendation from anyone. Regardless of its potential usefulness to you. For examole, you posted your websites, I have visited most of them. You see, I am very comfortable with Islam. I know the truth. But I am always concern about my own deeds, since I am not an angel or prophet from God. Even in the Bible, most of God's prophets err. God did not protect them. In the Qur'an, you see the opposite. God shielded every prophet (AS) and defended them in many chapters of the allegations levied directly or indirectly on them by past nations, Jews and christians.

An indirect allegation, for example is the claim by paul and his cohorts that Jesus is son or God Himself! You know what i mean, the three in one hypothesis. In Suratul Al Maidah, you will see the conversation between the Lord of the worlds Allah the Almighty and His servant Isa bin mariam. The conversation categorically goes against the Biblical claim about Jesus.

But babyosisi, you have refused, stubbornly to even go to the websites that I recommend. I guess you have the fear of knowing the truth that you are wrong all along.

If you read the Qur'an, you will see how Allah the Almighty God, full of absolute power describes Himself. After all, if Juses is truly your God and it is not a saying of assumption in error, you will agree with me that you believe with almost the christian adherents that he at least died for part of the three days that you claim that he truly died. But Jesus is not my God, but only my prophet in islam. One of the successive human prophets and messengers of God. In the Qur'an, says that He is always alive, never tired, never warys, never sleeps, never dies, always ful lof power, etc. These qualities and more are unique, absolutely alone to my God. True and altinmate forgiveness and mercy belong to God, alone.

Thanks for asking about my whereabout. Sometimes I become very busy with this and that. I am spending my last weekend in Boston, InshaAllah and I will be heading back to my home in New York City, next saturday. My project in Boston is completed and I thank God the most Merciful Who all thanks really belong.

@Babyosisi: I went to your frontpage and other websites. My opinion, as I read their entries about Islam, these websites are garbage. Not even fit for dogs. I am responding to them sometimes within the week. I am only going to encourage them to see answering-christianity and other sites, where all their allegations were completely answered.

However, I am personally inviting you to read a weekly periodical named Mirror. You get it on line by going to www.readmirror.com.

Please go to Wednesday , October 25, 2006 edition. You will find on page 5, an article written by Mr. Uri Avnery, a notable jew. the title of the article is 'Muhammad's sword. On the same page, you will see another article titled, 'prophet muhammad (AS) Charter of Privileges to Christians". This is a letter that he wrote to the Christian Monks of St. catherine Monastery.

When I read your entries, sometimes, i am shocked. You tend to think that you and your type can defeat Muhammad (AS)! You forgot that he was a prophet of God. God said that He alone, is sufficient as Witness for Muhammad. Even if Muhammad was alone and against him are all creations, Jinns, the whole animal and plant kingdoms and man from Adam  and all the prophets, Jesus included as well as Moses (AS), assuming, if the prophets were to be added to the opposition side against Muhammad, yet Muhammad will still win. Muhammad alone is a majority because he is supported by the Lord of the world.

Those who were open enemies of Muhammad (AS), are enemies of Allah, the Angels of Allah and all prophets and believing men and women. In time, their end is always tragic. they are cursed by God and all His creations and doom of fire of hell is their permanent home! Look at what happened to Abu lahab and his wife. I am advising you because i do not want you to be blinded by arrogance. Muhammad (AS) said, when God hates a person and wants punish that person, He allows that one to be arrogant. In time the person increase in arrogance and then he/she is doomed. It is arrogance that was the sin of Iblis, a being from the race of the Jinns. In time, because of the arrogance, he increased in pride and puffed up. Look at what will happen to him at the end. He, Iblis now known as Shaitan (Satan), will be the leader of hell!

You also used the term,  "Islamochristianity", because a person says that his God 'Allah', is alive and loves him. Is it the God of Christians alone that is alive and able to love? Do you forget that you said that your christian God died, at least for 3 days, while the Muslim God is always alive, never asleep nor even slumber? Please @;255 (Surah Baqarah, verse 255, also known as the verse of the throne) In the Qur'an, Allah the Almighty said in many verse sthat Muhammad should tell mankind that if they believe in Allah, mankind, individually should follow Muhammad. Allah will love them and will forgive their sins. In some adith, Muhammad (AS) said, that when Allah loves a person, He mentions it to the Angels, they, the Angels loves the person and other creations love the person.

@Orikinla: I am happy to know that your Uncle is a muslim. Please give him my email, rather give his email or phone to me, so that i may contact him. I hope I can paticipate with him in is Masjid project.

You had stated in an earler entry that i am probably ashamed or word to that effect. Yes, i am always ashamed of bad behaviours of any muslim, the world over and yes, indeed that of myself. It is the current continuous bad behaviours of muslim/muslim group that gives you and other the ammo the one that you are using to write, truth and lies. Truth when you talk about what we all see as current event. Lies, when you fiction and copy the fiction of others against prophet Muhammad (AS). My question to you is this what do you think of your Muslim Uncle and how do you sleep at night knowing fully well that what you have said about Muhammad (AS) is false?

Phew!

Gosh!

Wow!

This thread has grown wings and I have to fly after it to catch up.

Many things are happening in Nigeria. And the Amnesty Report on the violations of the Federal Constitution of Nigeria and the UN Charter on Human Rights in Sharia states in Northern Nigeria is available online. And if we should abide by the rule of Law in Nigeria, all the governors in the Sharia states would be in jail for breaking the law. Because, they were sworn in on the Federal Constitution of Nigeria and not on their Al Qu'ran and so their Sharia is illegal and violates the rule of Law according to the Federal Constitution of Nigeria.

The problem is when Islamists attack and murder innocent people, their fellow Muslims don't troop out to condemn their atrocities like they do whenever they see offensive cartoons or messages against their prophet and Islam.

I have never seen Christians attacking Muslims for preaching Islam in Eastern Nigeria. And in fact, my uncle is a Muslim and he is building a mosque in our village and we have not attacked him.

Muslims should emulate good good Christians and stop being paranoid.

Islamic Paranoid must stop!

I'm happy the Christian vocab has permeated into Islam that way,the transition may happen more easily if God permits.

I was dumbfounded to see that too.

davidylan, you introduced me to a new word 'islamochristianity'.

I found a good case of it,read this by the governor of Kogi state, some alhaji something on the survival of his daughters from the recent air disaster.

I didn't realise how much Christianity has rubbed off on Naija Muslims.

To God be the glory.

Read on.

In another development, the Kogi State governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, has narrated how his daughters were rescued by a farmer. Speaking with newsmen on Tuesday on his return to Lokoja, the state capital, Idris stated that the daughters were found near the burning wreckage of the plane when a farmer emerged and rescued them.

According to him, “what the children told me was that they were thrown off as the plane was crash-landing and they found themselves outside, near a burning place. How they got there, no one knows, but one farmer came and rescued them.”

Governor Idris, who was elated throughout his interaction with newsmen, described what happened to his family as a great miracle and enjoined others to draw nearer to God, saying there was nothing impossible for God to do.

“What has happened to me is a miracle, this is a clear evidence that God is in love with my family, a clear testimony for people to believe that our God is a living God. “To me, whatever happens to man is designed by God, He never made mistakes, I want to tell people that there is need for us to believe in God, each time I pray to God, my prayer is that God, let people see your glory in my life.”

Three of Governor Idris’ daughters - Aishat, Jemila and Zainab - were among the nine survivors of the plane crash.

These people never cease to amaze me.

Why all the focus all the time on preachers and church buildings.

Most Christians like myself are not complaining.

No body puts a gun to anyone, to give.

These unbels should for once mind their own businesses.

If I could afford it,I'll buy my pastor a Nissan Murano,Honda pilot and a Jaguar all fully loaded.

He deserves it.

Who do you think fund all the numerous shelters, halfway houses and soup kitchens?

Who supports all these charitable work all over the world even in Muslim countries .

How many times how you heard of muslim medical missions to Nigeria or anywhere else?

We have Christians donating their time and resources in 3rd world countries treating indegenes who could kill them at any minute in the name of Allah

look all over Northern Nigeria and see what I mean.

who do you think support these ventures?

I say leave the pastors and churches alone, they have been of most help to the world than any other group could.

@Didoflex,

About your articles, I have not much to say. Let everyman guard his faith jealously. My life, my faith, my mission, my God. Whatever Past. Ashimolowo is doing is between him and his God. The writers can write their opinion, but they should not be blind to what that particular church is doing around Hackney, one of the poorest boroughs in London - ministering to the homeless, supporting drug addicts, supporting orphans, grooming troubled teens etc. If the church is growing, praise be to God for them. Though I am not a member of the church, but they are part of the household of God.

RCCG is going to build our permanent site in the US, all glory to God, before you cry foul, why not find out about the African Mission arm of RCCG and see what is being done by that arm of the church. Why not worry about yourself and leave the churches, are the members complaining to you? Is there any law being broken because the church is growing and ministering to more and more. Some peoples want to build the largest mosque in Europe in East London, I have not read of any body writing and screaming.

Guard you own faith, my friend.

@chichimma,

I humbly suggest you take a little trip up the forum and read from up-down to get a better view of the trend of discussion shere. We were discussing before fidodido came in with some insinuations about Christianity and Jesus etc. What I did was simply to counter his claim, rubbish his insinuations and personally analyse him without generalisation. Now, don't make this about not willing to engage in dialogue on theology. If he wanted to engaged in discussion on theology, he would have done so.

I have every right to defend my faith and belief, just like everybody else. If we want discussions, cools let's discuss without insinuations.

@Fidodido,

Now you sound more confused. I am not the fanatic here, but a christian who holds to the fundamental tenets of my faith. I replied you because I will defend my faith any time, not fight for it. ( I leave that to God himself) You on the other hand do not know what you are doing or or what you believe in and that is horribly worse off.

You dont worry about how I live my life or how I practice my faith or the number of churches on your street, at least they have permition from relevant authorities before siting their churches; why not remove the log of ignorance blinding you before you try to blow at the speck in my eye.

I said you do not know what you are doing yet, and you've confirmed it again. "You are not a christian but read the bible, you were a muslim yesterday, today you are not a practising muslim, you are interested in understanding Buddism and Sikhism only to aqcuire knowledge". This is a more horrible position; jack of all faiths, ignorant in all.

In fact an atheist is in a much better position to receive understanding and salvation than somebody prostituting all around. I am just advising you, take a stand of faith today or not.

And stop talking about what you do not know, but in all things seek and get understanding. Remember, Jesus/God loves you very much.

@Didoflex,

I would'nt have bothered to reply your "open-minded" confused post if not for the fact that I need to point out to you some errors in your position.

Yes God did not invent religion; christianity is not a religion, it is the discipleship of christ Jesus who is God, christianity is a kingdom: the kingdom of God in the heart and mind of men with it's riches spiritual, and it's nature not of the world. It is faith in Jesus christ the messiah, his substitionary atonement, his deity, his resurrection, ascension & glorification, and his promised return. You asked that 'Did Christ ask, become a christian and heaven is yours? Yes Jesus said so; he said "I am the way, the truth and life, no man sees the Father except through the Son" He also said "verily, verily I say unto you, except you become born again (i.e become tuned or receptive of his kigndom) you can not see the kingdom of God". Although many of us were born 'christians', we later became born again by accepting Jesus as our lord and saviour when we understood the truth.

Why am I replying you?, because I see how confused you are, you have 2 bibles and quran and yet don't know anything from both going from your write-up, and you are also fraternising with Buddism and Sikhism etc. You are 'neither hot nor cold', what are you? Dont stay in the middle of the road because you will get run over. I can see you are a 'liberal', liberalism is indeed not true freedom; true freedom is to become tuned to the character of the living God

About your ridiculous claims about christianity and paganism, those internet resources are the futile claims of Gnostics (decscendants of the early pagans in the 1st century), it does not hold water. Rather you need to read about Islam and hadiths about your prohpet --Muhammed. We now know he is not a man of good moral character but a violent, blood sucking monster, and a vicious peadophile who makes different set of rules for himsef and his followers. We now know Allah is not 'the living God' but 'a god of compromise' of muhammed and the pagans of Makkah; - a moon good called al-illah with 2 daughter gods, and the makkah was/is the site of idol worship. We now know that praying five times a day, facing the east or sun to pray, pilgrimage to makkah etc, were the practice of the Arabian pagans incorporated into Islam as practiced today, we now know that muhammed himself thought (I say correctly) that he was 'demon possessed' when he started his hallucinations to write the Quran. So you see, not only are you confused but also uninformed. I am not surprised at your attractions to Buddism and Sikhism, had it been that you know the Living God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, such works of darkness wont be attractive to you, but since you follow a dead diety of darkness propagated by a false prophet, it is logical for such darkness to be attractive to you.

My thing with Islam is not about Muslims per se,they are not the main issue.

Mohammed lived a dirty life and he ought to be exposed.

Any 'good' deeds he may have done were totally canceled out by the hundreds of Molests and raids and other evils.

He is no moral example for anyone and the hadiths prove it.

These details about Muhammad raise a very important question: What does a prophet have to do before Muslims will be willing to question whether he is truly the greatest moral example in history? Normally, when we say that someone is a moral person, we mean that he doesn't commit acts such as robbery and murder. Yet Muhammad did all these things and much more. It appears, then, that Muslims are using the term "moral" in a very unique way. In this uniquely Muslim sense of the term, the word "moral" is defined as "whatever Muhammad does." Thus, if Muhammad were to chop off the heads of hundreds of people (which he did), this act would still be defined as a moral act, since Muhammad did it, and anything Muhammad does is, by definition, moral.

But this raises another important question. If God's greatest prophet is free to take part in murder, robbery, genocide, and slave-trading, can we really point a finger at people like Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein and say that they are evil? They killed many innocents, but so did Muhammad. Saddam tortured countless people, but so did Muhammad. In fact, one could make a case that Osama bin Laden is morally superior to Muhammad, for, while bin Laden killed thousands of people, he didn't sell their wives and children into slavery, or with a little girl, or marry more than a dozen women.

from a great site, now we all know the truth.

The truth about Muhammad has been one of the world's best-kept secrets. For centuries, it has been virtually impossible to raise objections about the character of Muhammad in Muslim countries, for anyone who raised such objections would (following the example set by Muhammad himself) immediately be killed. Outside the Muslim world, there has been little interest in Islam. But things have changed. Now many people are interested in Islam, and Muslims aren't able to silence everyone. Moreover, with the advent of the Internet, it is now impossible to keep Muhammad's life a secret. The facts about the founder of Islam are spreading very rapidly, and Muslims are frantically scurrying to defend their faith. But the information superhighway is paving over the ignorance that has for centuries been the stronghold of Islamic dogma. In the end, Islam will fall, for the entire structure is built upon the belief that Muhammad was the greatest moral example in history, and this belief is demonstrably false.

I am going to unveil the whole truth about Islam.

Nothing but the truth.

All the plots to make suicide bombs and launch terrorist attacks were hatched in their mosques.

Many Christian sisters in colleges in Northern Nigeria said the Islamic authorities have told their Muslim men to seduce Christian sisters by all deceptions to marry them and convert them to Islam. So, they offer admission to more Christian sisters and very few Christian brothers. So the Muslim men outnumber the Christian brothers compared to the Christian sisters.

Muslims have also agreed to marry more wives to breed more children more than Christians so that their population will increase more than the Christian population in Nigeria and other countries. Their mission in America and Europe is to populate and spread their religion all over the place. As they have already revealed that their Islam comes first before the state. So, they are not even repentant of 9/11, London 7/7 and other terrorist bombings and attacks. And in fact Muslims celebrated in Kano and other Northern states in Nigeria and have named many of their babies after Osama bin Laden.

Any religion attacking Christianity and Christians is antichrist.

Jesus Christ warned that the AntiChrist came in the veil of an angel of light and that if he were not the Christ, the Antichrist would have deceived him.

I don't know how any right thinking and intelligent human would believe in a prophet whose life style was contrary to all just laws as he married 13 wives, and once lied to one of the wives to go an errand and slept with her maid behind her back. And when the wife protested, he swore to deal with her and threatened to divorce them and even struck his child-bride Aisha and hurt her? Aisha complained of her child -abuse by the prophet. But she was afraid to run away.

Another child-bride who attempted to run away in Northern Nigeria was caught by her old man husband and cut off her two legs. This was reported in the news.

I want the government to set up a Human Rights Commission to investigate all cases of the violations of fundamental human rights in Northern Nigeria and investigate all the cases of attacks and killings of Christians and violations of innocent girls.

Most Muslims are in bondage. Because the fanatics have threatened anyone of them who converts to Christianity and in fact they have been attacking and killing many Christian converts in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Is it by force?
