Germany 2006: Players Likely To Impress Or Disappoint?

Expected Disappointments And Players Likely To Impress (ger-many Code).

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Which player or team do you expect to disappoint or impress at World cup?

For teams.I expect Brazil,Argentina,Spain,Holland,Germany,England,Italy,Portugal, france to sizzle. These are likely ¼ final teams. Semis, Likely is Argentina, Brazil, England & either Spain or Holland. France friendlies haven’t impressed me to some extent.

The Dutch, Ukraine, & Czechs are extremely dangerous but not favourites because they have individual fantastic players like Scheva, Ibrahimovich etc.

In short, I expect Brazil &Argentina or England final if too bad B & Germany.

Now on players likely to impress!

I think Brazil success is heavily built on Dinho& Ronaldo. The others are just Ok.

Combination of Luis Fig & Cristiano R is a nightmare to any defence-portugal

Riquelme, Carlos Tevez, Messi, Gerrard, kaka-mark these men!!!

Look out for Lucas Pudolski (Germany), David Villa&F Torres (Spain) oh! this Italian bad kid Luca Toni.

New kids on the block are English duo Lennon& Walcott.

Beware of Ruud Van Nestelrooy though of all his goals I have only seen one out of penalty box. Where do I rate him?

Of course smile, when I say Eboue, Toure, Drogba, Dos Santos, Adebayor, Ndri, and Zairi! And Bonaventure Kalou.

Simao, Louis saha, Xavi, Juninho, Fabregas, iniesta will also impress.

I was impresed by Messi who came from bench to score against Serbia & M.

He is above all those young players

alright like reverend would say;

Edit 1: they just scored via penalty taken by dindane. imagine taking it twice and scoring too.

perhaps they'll redeem it. keeping my fingers crossed.

cote de voire is disappointing, big time. imagine not even securing a point from 3 matches.

*hisses*

they are presently down by 2 goals in just 20 mins of the game against serbia & montenegro.

*annoyed*

So far, I've been very impressed with:

Ronaldo - He made a great spectator yesterday. He was well positioned to run commentaries.

England will fail as usual because they lack the capacity to succeed at the top level.

France was boring cos they misused Henry.

For Brazil they were overworking Dinho

priscy

we headin the same way - except for the fact that croatia was a lower standard for brazil.

france - switzerland was the most boren match ever

Mukina 2 and OTO!

Didnt you people watch that Croatia standard were so low for Brazil thats why Ronaldo was walking and Dinho was marked by five men.

I blame Alberto Pereira coach.

He failed in using these stars well the same case with France.

Guys when you dont klnow how to use Dinho and henry you can easily lose.

Let them borrow a leaf from Wenger and Riykaard how to make use of the two men.

problem with too many stars in the pitch. I expected such

hey

did you'all c wat i'v bin talkin about all along?

brazil, brazil, brazil. - brazil my foot!

croatia was a far better team than brazil, they were just lucky with a 44th minute out-of-danger-area strike by kaka.

they were rough and they succeeded in gettin out the major pain in the neck fot them - i'm talking about the No.10 midfielder for croatia, he was the insurmountable threat.

this tournament as far as i'm concerned is anybody's tournament - any1 could clinch the trophy, but its definitely not BRAZIL!

Oto!

If there are any kudos! to give out then give to Hislop.

He solely saved TNT from too much trouble.

It was him that spoilt for Sweden.

Italians annoyed me.

But Luca toni was the man

trinidad n tobago played an impressively adequate football against hyped sweden.

even with a man down - they were fantastic

if the continue with a play this strong, dwight yorke might retire a fulfilled man.

i give dem kudos.

Arjen Robben and Drogba impressed.

Rud Van Nistelrooy and Robin Van Persie disappointed in those first matches hope they change.

Trinidad and Tobago they like it or not they are already packing

They frustrated my Henrick Larsson and the only Arsenal lunjberg

Holland might scale through the Group Stage but might end up loosing their semi final ticket to a country like Argentina

0
Avatar

Crouch impressed me to some extent and again i was disappointed by him. Too many fouls.

And he cant score with his head.

John Terry also disappointed me.

Beckahm-I was impressed

aaahh

thank God some1 is bold enof to profess his/her faith here.

i am too, priscy., and i'm happy i am

but u must admit it, priscy, walkin faithfully with J.Christ is not bread n butter, but HE's always dere to help.

i'm sure this aint gonna go well with some members on this fan, so we should discuss more abt this on religion, so as not to get soccer fans furious for usin their thread to discuss our faith.

ciao

mukina2

i disagree

england - italy in the final

but according to my keystone, england has the chance to make it to the final, but also have to choose it for themselves - they have the choice to make, whether to loose that chance to netherland or south-korea.

we should all wait and see how true my keystone foretells

Oto! Dont wish Brazil bad luck. It wont affect them.

Superiority complex is their problem

Guys! I mentioned that Djibril Cisse is overrated and will mess up.

Now he used so much energy in their friendly match that he got an injury and out of world cup till 2010.

Too much money blew his big head up.

So sad! Cisse
