Which Team Will Win 2005/2006 Premiership Season?

With Premiership title thrown "open" last weekend, In your own opinion, which team is going to win the premiership?

Is it Manchester United?

Is Arsenal?

Is Sunderland?

Is it Chelsea?  or

Is it Liverpool?

Note: Please i don't want comment like "ifs" and "When". Just mention the team SIMPLE.

according to arjen robben " i didn't join Manchester united because their best days are behind them".

as long as mourinho, wenger and benitez are there, Manu ain't winning no more titles. I bet chelsea or arsenal takes the league next season.

Most members predicted our downfall. Please read the following.

@ Akola,

No one predicted any downfall. People were just amazed how 18 point gap was reduced to 7.

I am sure u were worried too just like every normal human being.

Chelsea won the league because of the good start they had at the beginning of the season when they won their 1st 9 matches.

Everyone has given up as at February that Chelsea has won till Man Utd found their winning streak as well

I am happy for y'all Chelski fans. I am looking forward to next season already.

Enjoy ur moet n chanddon

But most Gunners here predicted our downfall after our "draw"with Birmingham.

They said the empire is falling.

@ hucarson,

I hope so. I'm yet to confirm ma tickets and i have mixed feelings abt J' burg.

HIV and stuffs scares me shitless.

Ring me in 2 hrs to discuss the kizzack?

Did u see Ronaldo's complacency? He needs to grow fast.

The low point was Rooney's injury.

Did u see the worry on Chelski fans. No Rooney no England.

Ronaldo should be stripped for wasting so many chances.

Ferguson should buy 2 world class midfielders now that Ballack is joining Chelsea.

It will be different next season i guess.

We should not allow Jose to break United's record of 3 consecutive titles.

I urge Arsenal and Liverpool to also step up their game and rise up to the challenge.

In the mean time, The season has officially ended for me.

End of story!

@Jackal,

R u going to South Africa for the pre-season matches?

I just got ma tickets.

Holla @ me if u r interested.

@Sirkay,

U cannot be more right.

United fought with all tey have got but the Midfield won the match for Chelsea. O' Shea and Giggs were no match for Essien and Makelele and the rest was history.

Chelsea deserved the match hands down and i hope it will be different next season.

Congrats to the Blues.

@ Akolawole and all CHELSEA fans,

Congrats for winning the Premiership back to back today. U really dealt a very big blow on Baba Ferguson with the 3nil goal margin.

Congrats once again. Am celebrating with u all.

@ all MAN U fans,

Take heart pls, u really fought hard like d gladiators u've always known to be. @ least u've got d Carling Cup for consolation. Just as LIVERPOOL fans would be having the FA Cup for theirs too.

@ all GUNNERS,

May 17 is our crowning day of glory, when the Champs League Cup shall be handed over to Henry and co. Then we shall all celebrate in a big way

Hello forummates no doubt, no debate chelsea is the owner .

i will advice the rest of the team contesting to wait till next season.

Stay coollllllllllllllllllllllll.

Its not about the formation.

All young gunners look up to Henry for guidance on the pitch.

U must have seen Henry's disapproval sometimes when u dont give him a pass. Henry behaves childish sometimes on the pitch the way he criticises his fellow team-mates.

No doubt, Henry is a very outstanding player but he should realise Rome wasn't built in a day. These young guns r just coming up and one should expect a certain degree of inconsistency in their play.

Its Wenger's fault. He is too monotonous. If his plans work well, his team can devour opponents 7-0 and if his plans turn sour,Wenger does not do enough to change things. This is where Jose, Fergie and Rafa Benitez have the edge.

I think you could say Chelsea has won it.(though would have love Man U)

I have said congratulations once more!

If you are a man U fun and you can still afford two lines here I repeat I admire your guts and sportsmanship.

Dont worry as you have nothing to fear cos I appreciate.

Right now even a serious Sports analyst from Venus or Uranus cannot predict Man U with the trophy.

I hope you beat those toddlers (tottenham) to my advantage so that you place my beloved Igwe and his team to no4.

I plead and I will support you to win it as much as you try to swallow that hard fact we all know.

of course Chelsea,

after that wonderful display from sunderland,

so much for manure winning the premiership, and u cannot beat a simple sunderland,

@ Akolawole now that I have kept to the rules let me deviate cuz you are doing the same. How would we like it if we just write enyimba(funny) and waka. common, even morons aren't monosyllabic.

Prisccyit can you please stop the poetics, there is a place for poems. How is Igwe(fake) feeling this fine day.?

well,

it's becuz he does the bizness. and like it was stated earlier, he is always played as top striker.

besides maybe you fail to notice that sometimes on a sharp counter attack, arsenal usually spring their midfielders in front of the strikers. thats why henry has so many assists.

0
Avatar

Its not about formation.

Its a reality that other Strikers attacking midfielders look for him too much.

@kola

what are u talkin about then?

0

I know what i am talking about.

0
Avatar

@akolawole

but its not all the time, besides its due to the formation wenger uses, 4-5-1

who esle is there to pass to when we're on the counter, when usin the above formation

when we use 4-4-2, there would be options,

@Prisccy

I am not Henry-drunk.

I like Henry for he is a very good player but i believe Arsenal will be better off if they could pass to a better positioned player when they reach box 18 not to be looking for Igwe all over the field.

@jackal

blackburn u said has the best "attacking football" well i don't agree with u

did u see their game against pompey (portsmouth) they were good in front only on rare occasions, but with a defence like that

henry will surely punish those guys for what they did to us back in february, don't count on it

Arsenal is walloping blackburn and thrashin spurs,

in conclusion, Chelsea is winning the premiership

And arsenal is coming fourth not a disheartening sixth,, that is an abomination

the only way chelsea can hurt my feelings is if you are playing champions league final in paris.

well since chelsea is playing AC milan in the semi-finals , your prophecy may come true , you might just meet arsenal in the final of uefa and hurt my feelings.

i'm scared chelsea is going to beat Ac milan and then beat arsenal in the final. somebody save meeeeeeeee.

Who is not henry drunk here? be it opponents everywhere is Igwe gunned Juve Igwe massacred A.Villa,

Igwe! Igwe till thy kingdom come.

As you said AMEN! AMEN! Amen

Chelsea will win the premiership.

The question is which team will win.

Nobody asked that we list all teams in premiership or Bundesliga.

Just say Chelsea! and leave the rest for the teams to battle out.

What is your definition of Attacking football?

0

You are always different from other gunners but you are Henry-drunk.

I can say the only reason Blackburn won the last time was the tactics they employed of kicking us.

It will not work the second time round.

I honestly cannot see anyone taking that 4th position from us.

Blackburnis only above us because they have played a game more than us.

The only team with any hope really is Tottenham and they are coming to Highbury for their regular annual beating.

adebayor.

togo won't score a goal in the world cup.

0

The last world cup produced enough revelations in Turkish players and the Koreans

Miroslav Klose was a revelation for Germany and so many others.

This year's world cup will be different cos so many countries r going for the 1st time.

Don't be surprised if u see Adebayor snatching the tournament's highest goal scorer.
