There are several names that could be brought up to answer this question. One of them is Mumuni Alao or Fisayo Ogunfuyi. However, one of the best people in this area is Mitchell Obi. You may come up with your “winner”, just share their names with us in the comments.

They don't come better than these:

Mumuni Alao- very calm, matured, knowledgeable and logical reasoning.

Ayo Ositelu- when it comes to history, no one comes close to Baba.

Mike Mayaki- Fantanstic analyst. Indepth knowledge and can rattle you with sound stastics.

Mumuni Alao is my all time best analayst. Print and electronic combined.

Then this new guy in the block Bada Akintunde Johnson is really impressing.

Ade Ojekere too is not doing badly

I could have mentioned Mitchel Obi but I observed that he talks with the two sides of his mouth

Mumini Alao's incisive analyses are spell-binding. He has a good grasp of football and a sense of history. He is the best as far as I'm concerned.

I like Segun Odegbami too, more for his choice of words than for the content of his writings.
