I Have MCSE: Is A+ Certification Necessary?

Hi guys,

Pls i need clarifications on this issue. if i have my mcse certification, is it still necessary to get an A+ certification (compTIA A+)

Also, whats the difference between the Network+ cert, MCSE cert, and CCNA cert

Lemme try and explain in way you can understand A+ can be use as an elective for MCSA, while you can get a job when u have mcsa as a network administrator or system administrator, and when u have ccna u can get a job as a network administrator as well, basically the difference is MCSA is a software networking while ccna is hardware, you understand now? while MCSE is the highest after mcsa, and when u have ccna which is the associate certifcate, and after that u can proceed to CCNP,

So understand now? if u fill like u wanna go for software go for microsoft, if u wanna dela with hardware then go for cisco.
